With the rapid development of China’s economy and society, the wave of urbanization has leaped onto the drawings of regional space planning, and various types of high-tech economic development zones, industrial parks, university towns or new urban areas have emerged, resulting in the large-scale expropriation of suburban land, the basic environment for farmers’ survival is no longer the same as before, and a large number of land lost farmers have been unified planned and centralized by the government The new rural community is a new type of rural community with large scale and low cost.As a new form of community in the process of urbanization, the new rural community is facing the organizational system change of "village to residence",while the vast number of landless farmers are also facing many social adaptation problems, such as urban integration, identity, cultural psychology, production and life.In addition, the current cyberspace is randomly embedded into the daily life world of residents, which brings great difficulties and challenges to the new rural community governance of "city and countryside" and "urban and rural continuous".Space is not only the concept of container, but also a theoretical perspective to understand the changes of social structure and social concept.Rapid urbanization leads to new rural community governance problems exposed in various forms. But from the root point of view,it is caused by the restructuring of urban space caused by the government’s single led regional spatial planning and expansion.Land lost farmers often lack decision-making power, discourse power and action power in the process of urban and rural spatial change and restructuring. They not only have to face the physiological maladjustment caused by the restructuring of physical space, but also suffer from the psychological maladjustment caused by the restructuring of social space, cultural psychological space, production space and network space. Therefore,in the face of the rapid progress of urbanization,we need to explore the realistic difficulties and demands of the survival and development of landless farmers through the prism of space, and call for the value return of "Space justice" in the pursuit of "people-centered" inclusive community governance innovation. This paper takes l community of Shuangdun town in the northern New District of Hefei City as the field research point, and systematically explores the multidimensional spatial dilemma and challenges in the governance of L community from the perspective of spatial sociology. It mainly includes "moving villages and vacating land" and spatial separation,"shaking the horn to separate houses" and spatial separation,"capital going to the countryside" and spatial imbalance,"time and space migration" and spatial collision,"network society" and spatial differentiation, etc. In view of this situation, the management department of L community began to systematically reflect on the spatial dilemma and challenges faced at the initial stage of governance, and actively led the community fine governance through Party building, internal education and external social organizations, equipped with professional social work services, improved the compensation method for land acquisition and demolition, vigorously expanded the channels of community participation, implemented the social security system of balancing urban and rural areas, and carried out rich and special activities Inclusive governance methods, such as cultural construction of color, actively building smart community model, refine the new ideas of community social work services, and then solve the grassroots community governance problems caused by the multi-dimensional spatial restructuring of new rural communities. Finally, the balance of community power space, the reconstruction of social space, the remodeling of public space and the optimization of network space are realized, which significantly enhance the happiness, sense of acquisition and satisfaction of community residents, and lead the new rural community governance to the way of "good governance".
