With the change of global economy and the rapid development of society,higher vocational education is facing new challenges.Teaching team is the main force to achieve the goal of reform,so we must cultivate a high level of teaching team.However,there are many problems in the actual operation of teaching teams in many higher vocational colleges,which hinder the improvement of teaching quality.The teachers’ professional learning community is a breakthrough in the traditional leadership and organizational structure.It has the conditions to adapt to the reform and development,and is an effective attempt to improve.After this research,in addition to further enrich the content of professional development of higher vocational teachers,it also provides a reference method for the construction of teaching team,so as to promote the teaching reform of higher vocational colleges.This research is educational action research on the whole.In this process,data collection methods such as questionnaire survey,interview and SPSS data statistical analysis are used.Taking Huizhou higher vocational colleges as the main survey object,through questionnaire survey and interview survey,we can understand the real operation of the teaching team.Then it analyzes the existing problems of teaching team construction in higher vocational colleges,and summarizes its influencing factors.Combined with the theory of teachers’ professional learning community,optimize the personnel structure,establish a learning platform,improve the relevant system,improve the existing teaching team.From the preparatory work,external security system and internal operation mechanism construction measures to explore the teaching team construction strategy.Combined with the later survey feedback,the final conclusion is that teachers’ professional learning community is a promising team model,which can effectively improve the construction of teaching team.The main body of this paper is divided into seven chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,mainly about the research background,research problems,research significance and so on.The second chapter is the research design.This chapter mainly describes the research purpose,research content,research ideas and research methods.The third chapter is the literature review,mainly expounds the existing research of teachers’ professional learning community and teaching team,the characteristics of higher vocational education and the theoretical basis of this research.The fourth chapter is the survey of the current situation of teaching team construction in Huizhou higher vocational colleges,which is an important part of this study.It mainly includes three aspects: questionnaire data analysis,interview data analysis and the existing problems and influencing factors of teaching team construction in Huizhou higher vocational colleges.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the construction strategy of teaching team from the perspective of teachers’ professional learning community,which is the core content of this study.This chapter mainly elaborates from two aspects: on the one hand,it is the preparation for the construction of teaching team;on the other hand,it is the specific measures for the construction of teaching team,which will be elaborated from the external security system and internal operation mechanism.The sixth chapter is the analysis of the effect of teaching team construction of teachers’ professional learning community.The content of this chapter is based on the second questionnaire and follow-up data to get the effect analysis report after the implementation of the strategy.The seventh chapter is the research conclusion and reflection,which will summarize the previous research process and find out the deficiencies,so as to make a plan for the follow-up research.
