After more than ten years of development,Zhengzhou Branch of H Education Group has gradually developed in the direction of standardization.However,affected by the internal and external environment,the company is facing greater development pressure and urgently needs to adjust its original strategy.On the one hand,this research aims to clarify its own strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges.On the other hand,formulate company development strategies at the level of competition to ensure that existing development strategies meet the company’s reality and market needs.Based on this,the research mainly focuses on core issues such as the development environment,development strategy,and safeguard measures of Zhengzhou Branch of H Education Group.In the specific research process,three methods: literature research method,case analysis method and investigation research method are used,and PEST analysis,five forces model,SWOT analysis tools are used to analyze the relevant issues of the development strategy of Zhengzhou Branch of H Education Group under the guidance of scientific theory..First,based on the PEST analysis,it points out that the political,economic,social,and technological environment that the company faces have undergone certain changes,and uses the five forces model to analyze the environment in which the education and training industry is located.Due to the fiercer competition in the industry,it indicates that the company’s development strategy needs to be adjusted urgently..Secondly,analyze the internal resources,capabilities and development status of the company’s development.Starting from organizational structure,corporate culture,management capabilities,etc.,point out the status quo of the company’s strategy.Third,on the basis of internal and external environmental analysis,SWOT analysis tools are used to further determine the actual situation of the company,select and formulate development strategies,and propose safeguards.At this stage,the competition in the education and training industry is more intense.The advantages and disadvantages of Zhengzhou Branch of H Education Group are very obvious.With the help of its own brand influence,the company can further expand the market.But on the other hand,the intelligent level of education products is constantly improving,and the company’s online product innovation or development is lagging behind,which affects the continuous improvement of its competitiveness to a certain extent.To this end,the study believes that the company can achieve the company’s transformation and development through brand development strategies and cooperative development strategies,that is,to strengthen the relationship with group companies,strengthen brand influence in local markets,and actively seek cooperation to enhance the development of independent products.Innovation,service,and marketing capabilities.At the business level,it is recommended to take the path of differentiated development,that is,to highlight product differentiation and differentiation in marketing methods,so as to provide strong support for the company’s foothold in the Zhengzhou market and the broader market.
