top-level national strategy.In addition,with the rapid development of the national economy in recent years,the needs of the whole people for physical fitness and enriching their leisure life are showing a diversified trend.On the other hand,after long-term development,the shortcomings and problems of the traditional gym’s operation model,sales environment,coach training,service management and other links have become increasingly obvious.Faced with this situation,fitness complexes and various new types of smart fitness have sprung up like mushrooms.Traditional gyms have also begun to rely on their own operating experience to develop some new projects that meet contemporary social development and people’s needs in a severe environment.Generally speaking,traditional gyms prefer a complex that integrates various fitness programs.Under the development trend of new retail,new types of fitness individuals developed in a single program have emerged,such as the new type of fitness program studied in this article-Happy Cycle spinning bike room.This article uses the literature method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,logical analysis method and SWOT analysis method to study its operation and management mode from four levels of spinning bike house operation mode,product mode,human resources,and service quality.A comparative study with traditional gyms provides effective ways and measures that traditional gyms can learn from,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The profit model of traditional fitness clubs is single and solid,and the initial investment cost is high,which is difficult to meet the sustainable development of commercial fitness clubs.The operation model is single,unable to meet the diverse needs of society,and the early rent and labor costs are high,and it is easy to cause insufficient motivation in the later stage,and it is difficult to maintain long-term healthy development.The instructor qualifications of traditional fitness clubs are uneven,which creates chaos in the development of fitness clubs and leads to the loss of members.There are no qualitative requirements for the qualifications of the fitness industry,and there are no strict standards to enhance the professionalism of managers and coaches,and it is impossible to increase the trust of members.(2)The poor service quality of traditional fitness clubs has led to lower stickiness with members.Due to the unclear division of labor between the management staff of traditional fitness clubs,the problem of customer complaints from members cannot be resolved in a timely manner,and there is competition among various departments,which is not conducive to the coordinated development of the enterprise.(3)The Happy Cycle spinning bike combines the new retail operation model and the advantages of the Internet to provide a convenient and innovative fitness platform for athletes.Its operating model is novel,the initial investment is small,and it is suitable for most fitness enthusiasts.The problem is that the project is relatively single,which cannot meet everyone’s fitness needs.It is not the best choice for fitness enthusiasts,and the number of bicycles in the store is limited,and the number of bicycles has a corresponding scale.During peak periods,there will be insufficient bicycles,which will lead to a decline in user experience..(4)Happy Cycle spinning bike adopts a brand-new live course mode,which greatly reduces the cost of coaching human resources.Compared with traditional gyms,it enhances the fun and diversity of the courses,but the drawback of live courses is that they cannot guide members’ actions in real time.Therefore,it requires the introduction and guidance of the preliminary basic courses for teaching,and it will also be affected by the network and electrical facilities.,Resulting in an increase in uncontrollable factors in the curriculum.(5)Happy Cycle has set up three types of stores: campus store,enterprise store,and store-in-shop for different groups of people in the market,which has increased the consumer appeal to different groups.The course schedule mainly refers to the suggestions of members,and is now being member-centered,improving the experience of members and the quality of service in the gym.However,there will be some problems in the course setting process and course development process.If you want to meet the needs of different customer groups in different stores,you need to constantly coordinate and improve.(6)The service quality questionnaire survey results of Happy Cycle spinning bike show that members are highly satisfied with the project and intend to adhere to the sport for a long time.Under the influence of the 2020 epidemic,it will definitely have a huge impact on the fitness industry.It is a challenge and opportunity for traditional gyms or Internet gyms.During this epidemic,Happy Cycle used its own advantages to quickly find an online live broadcast course method that is suitable for the current situation.It can still exercise without environmental restrictions and maintain its stickiness with users.Only by constantly innovating to adapt to market development and
