Investigation On The Employment Of High Level Volleyball Team Students In Beijing Universities And Analysis Of Its Influencing Factors

In recent years,with the increasing employment pressure of college graduates,the employment of college volleyball team students in Beijing also presents different characteristics.This article through the literature material method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics,barreto diagram analysis,comparative analysis of different types,different degree college volleyball team explore contrast analysis of the present situation and problems of graduate employment,so as to help the volleyball athletes about employment characteristics,put forward view select a school volleyball players,enters a higher school,the integration of career planning advice.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The overall employment situation of the graduates of key volleyball teams in Beijing universities in the past three years is good.The employment rate of comprehensive colleges is higher than that of professional colleges;The employment rate of master degree graduates is higher than that of undergraduates;The employment rate of master degree is higher in professional colleges,and higher in comprehensive colleges.Sports grade has a significant impact on the employment rate of graduates of key volleyball teams in Beijing universities.The higher the sports level,the higher the employment rate.(2)There is no significant difference in the attitude of graduates from professional and comprehensive colleges towards employment prospects;The degree of professional college students in the field of employment is higher than that of comprehensive college students.The employment field of students in professional colleges is relatively concentrated;The employment field of students in comprehensive colleges is relatively scattered;The secondary employment of students in comprehensive colleges is higher than that in professional colleges.(3)Professional and comprehensive college volleyball team graduates expected and actual salary contrast is not high,showing a low salary range,low expectation,high proportion of actual salary,high salary range,high expectation,low proportion of actual salary.(4)The factors affecting the employment of high-level volleyball team graduates can be divided into four categories,including social factors,self factors,family factors and school factors.(5)The most important factor that affects the employment of graduates of high-level volleyball team in Beijing is social factors.Graduates pay more attention to four factors,and pay more attention to the employment situation of lovers in their own factors.
