Research On The Management And Countermeasures Of Online Public Opinions On Primary And Secondary School Education In Huai’an

With the increasingly close connection between the Internet and people’s production and life,the network public opinion has become an unavoidable topic for government departments and all walks of life.Education,as a national plan,concerns thousands of families,and public opinion on education network is also a hot topic of social concern.In recent years,the topic of online public opinion on primary and secondary education has gradually increased,and the degree of attention has increased significantly,which has brought more difficulties and pressures to the management of online public opinion on primary and secondary education.How to improve the ability and level of network public opinion management in primary and secondary schools has become an important subject to be studied urgently.This thesis adopts literature research method,field interview,questionnaire method and case analysis method to study the management of online public opinion in primary and secondary education.This thesis mainly expounds the background of the research on the network public opinion of primary and secondary education,and by using for reference the achievements of the research on the management of network public opinion at home and abroad,based on the theory of Information Communication,the theory of Public Crisis Management and the popular theory of good governance in recent years,this thesis puts forward the research ideas and methods of this thesis,and expounds the core concepts and characteristics of the network public opinion management in primary and secondary education,an empirical study was conducted in Huai’an to analyze the current situation of public opinion management in the network of primary and secondary education,finding that there are some problems such as the lack of scientific and comprehensive understanding of the management of public opinion in education,the complicated situation on management of public opinion in education,the lack of standardized process of handling public opinion,and the lack of sound mechanism of public opinion management,and analyzing the reasons in depth,on the basis of this,this thesis puts forward three management countermeasures,which are to establish an ex-ante management system based on monitoring and early warning,to grasp the handling system based on the principle of sincerity and objectivity,and to improve the ex-post perfect mechanism based on the protection of reputation restoration.This thesis has seven figures,three tables,one questionnaire,an interview outline and sixty-five references.
