With the deepening of the curriculum reform of basic education,the importance of local curriculum resources is becoming more and more prominent.Reasonably and fully excavating,organizing and utilizing all local resources to provide multi-dimensional support for individual learning has increasingly become an important way to promote China’s education and teaching reform in depth,help China’s high-quality education development,and strengthen the training of talents needed by the national society.Judging from the existing research and actual investigation,the education administrative departments,schools and teachers all over the country pay more and more attention to the excavation and utilization of local high-quality and characteristic curriculum resources.They are exploring the development of differentiated and characteristic local curriculum resources in an organized or spontaneous way,providing rich resource support for national curriculum implementation,It has formed distinctive local curriculum and school-based curriculum,and achieved remarkable results in practice.However,in the era of constantly updated educational concepts and changing educational models,the current development of local curriculum resources is still facing the challenges of insufficient practice and not adapting to the educational concepts of the times.For example,the development of local curriculum resources is divorced from the reality of students’ social life,which is difficult to adapt to and meet the actual needs ofteaching;The main body of curriculum resources development has not formed the interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary linkage force,and the cooperation abilityof curriculum resources development is weak,so it is difficult to form a comprehensive curriculum“ The cultural root of "light science education" is deep,and the mining of science and technology resources is not enough.Therefore,it is necessary to find a feasible way to solve the dilemma of local curriculum resources,stimulate the vitality of local curriculum resources development and improve the quality of curriculum teaching reform.Throughout the current international and domestic education reform path direction,the cultivation of innovative,comprehensive and applied talents has become an important goal of education and teaching.Steam,which is born,developed and evolved from this,gradually reveals the characteristics of future education,indicates the development trend of future education,and catalyzes the occurrence of Education and teaching reform in the international community with an irresistible force.In many related documents and educational practice,China has also shown concern for steam education.It can be seen that steam education is introduced to China,which has the inherent value of providing reference ideas for China’s education and teaching reform.As far as the value of steam education for the development of local curriculum resources is concerned,under the background of China’s stable sub discipline education mode,the characteristics of steam education,such as interdisciplinary,problem situation,symbiosis of science and technology and humanities,are similar to the local,social,situational and humanistic characteristics of local curriculum resources,It can provide practice and path ideas for the development and utilization of local curriculum resources,solve the cu rrent dilemma of the development and utilization of local curriculum resources inChina,and stimulate the vitality and power of the development and utilization of local curriculum resources in the educational reform.Therefore,the research focuses on the two core issues of "steam education concept" and "local curriculum resources development",focusing on "(1)what is the development of local curriculum resources based on steam education concept?What are the characteristics different from the general local curriculum resources development(2)Why can we develop local curriculum resources based on steam education idea? What is the value of developing local curriculum resources based on steam education idea? Where is the feasibility(3)How to develop local curriculum resources based on steam education concept Following the basic idea of "what-why-how",this paper studies the connotation,characteristics,value,feasibility,subject,principle and process of "local curriculum resource development based on steam education concept" by means of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,and provides practical development cases.Finally,the research results are as follows(1)The connotation of the development of local curriculum resources based on steam education concept is that in order to meet the diversified curriculum implementation and guarantee as well as the differentiated development of students,it is based on the integration of disciplines,student-centered,focusing on the integration of science and technology and humanities,making rational use of the steam Education framework,and promoting the development of local curriculum resources closely related to local politics,economy and culture The process of basic census,reasonable screening and diversified construction of resources with educational value and strong local characteristics aims at the optimal allocation and efficient use of local curriculum resources,as well as the cultivation of students’ comprehensive ability in real problem situations.This connotation is different from the general local curriculum resources development in four aspects: development orientation,resource selection,resource organization and learning activities.(2)Based on the idea of steam education,it can break through the knowledge-based logic of subject based education and move towards interdisciplinary integrated education;We should excavate the resources of local science and technology education and promote science and technology education;Strengthen the objective conditions of real problem situation teaching and promote the cultivation of students’ comprehensive ability.It also shows the feasibility in three aspects: the convergence of internal value,the complementary compatibility of content and the realistic guarantee of teachers.And the responsibility of local curriculum resources development based on steam education concept is mainly located in the three main bodies of local education administrative departments,schools and teachers.In the development,we should follow the principles of resource development sharing combined with local reality,interdisciplinary principles with comprehensive development as the purport,and situational principles driven by practical thinking and ability,The symbiosis principle of scientific and technological rationality and humanistic quality.(3)The development process of local curriculum resources based on steam education concept includes four links: "establishing education goals and results goals","drawing up interdisciplinary themes","screening resources-local curriculum resources screening model based on steam education concept" and "organizing resources with problem orientation".According to the research results,taking Kunming,Yunnan Province as an example,this study follows the development process of local curriculum resources based on steam education concept,and provides a case of local curriculum resources development based on steam education concept.
