Currently,with the rapid development of the social economy in our country,industries in various fields put forward higher requirements for talents.The school can cultivate high comprehensive literacy and multidisciplinary blend talents.In this context,it is necessary for each school section to change the old educational ideas and concepts and use the cutting-edge teaching mode,so as to cultivate talents who can meet the requirements of The Times and society.The concept of STEAM education emphasizes the integration of multiple disciplines,which is in line with the requirements and demands of the society for talents in the new era.Nowadays,many regions and countries around the world have begun to introduce the idea of STEAM education.STEAM education localization can enlighten the interconnectedness of school education branches and further integrate different disciplines.Guide students to be able to integrate the knowledge of various subjects.STEAM education thought closely match with the current status and situation of education development in our country.Based on the concept of integrating fine arts into STEAM education,this study explores the teaching design and practice of middle school fine arts curriculum based on STEAM concept,in order to provide theoretical reference and value for the better integration of middle school fine arts teaching into STEAM concept,give full play to the value of fine arts curriculum,and promote the benign development of school education.This study can be divided into six chapters.The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly combs out and expounds the research background,research purpose,significance,domestic existing research review and the author’s specific research methods.The second part analyzes and discusses the connotation and characteristics of STEAM education concept,and clarifies the characteristics of STEAM education concept.By consulting a lot of theoretical knowledge,it provides scientific basis and theoretical basis for the curriculum development teaching practice after this study.The third part focuses on the feasibility analysis of the application of STEAM concept in junior high art courses,focusing on the two aspects of education policy and teaching practice,deeply combining theory and practice to ensure that the feasibility analysis is effective,reasonable and scientific.The fourth part is based on the overall STEAM curriculum scheme and process to design the junior high school art STEAM curriculum development and teaching practice scheme.In the overall framework,the STEAM course development and practice process is elaborated.In terms of teaching practice,it is explored from the aspects of preparation,development process and reflection evaluation.In the last part,a series of courses including "Let the Icon Speak","School Teaching Corridor Culture Construction" and "Design and Make Creative Mobile Phone Stand" are selected to carry out the design and practice of STEAM teaching.
