Nowadays,with the rapid development of information technology,people’s work,life and study have been greatly changed by the influence of information technology.Information technology has been widely used in many fields,such as education,economy and medical treatment.The application of information technology in the teaching of Chinese subjects has accelerated the information reform of Chinese subjects,and has also highlighted the humanism and epochal nature of Chinese subjects.Information technology has the characteristics of information,diversification,intelligence,visualization and so on.This open and shared network environment provides a broader and free space for students’ autonomous learning.Information technology can provide the most urgent fresh vitality for primary school literacy teaching,which also provides strong support for teachers to improve teaching quality and efficiency.Through the literature method,questionnaire method,interview method and observation method from the perspective of teacher teaching,this paper investigates the low-level literacy teaching in primary schools under the background of information technology,finds out the problems existing in literacy teaching,and analyzes the reasons from many angles.According to the related problems and reasons,the corresponding strategies are put forward from many aspects.This study consists of six parts:The first part is the introduction part.This paper mainly expounds the problems raised,the purpose and significance of the research,the literature review,the definition of core concepts,the theoretical basis,the research methods and the important and difficult points of the research.The second part discusses the important value of information technology for low-level literacy teaching in primary schools.Mainly from the information technology can create rich literacy situation,stimulate students’ interest in literacy,information technology helps to break through the important difficulties of teaching,improve literacy efficiency;The game-based classroom interaction stimulates students’ willingness to read independently.The third part is the necessity and feasibility analysis of information technology for low-level literacy teaching in primary schools.Necessity analysis is mainly discussed from three aspects: the content of literacy teaching arranged by the ministry edition needs the blessing of information technology,the demonstration of network teaching resources can make up for the deficiency of Chinese teachers’ accomplishment and the requirement of the development of literacy teaching in the new era.The fourth part is the information technology background elementary school low-level literacy teaching present situation investigation.It includes three parts:investigation purpose,investigation process,investigation result and analysis.The results of the questionnaire and interview are analyzed from the aspects of teachers’ overall grasp of literacy teaching,teachers’ overall attitude towards information technology in literacy teaching,the combination of information technology and classroom teaching links,the combination of information technology and literacy teaching content,and the combination of information technology and literacy teaching methods.The fifth part is the analysis of the problems and causes of low-level literacy teaching in primary schools under the background of information technology.Through investigation,it is found that information technology accounts for too much information technology in literacy teaching in primary school,the main position of students is not prominent,the application form is unreasonable,and the combination of traditional literacy methods is ignored.Classroom generation is not high,use purpose is not clear,literacy classroom lack of flexibility and so on.The reasons are the restriction of teachers’ information technology level,the deviation of teachers’ understanding of information technology teaching,the lack of deep research on literacy teaching,and the lack of pertinence of information technology training for teachers in schools.The sixth part is the teaching strategy of primary school low-level literacy under the background of information technology.From the two aspects of teachers and schools,this paper puts forward in-depth research on literacy teaching,promotes professional accomplishment,rational use of information technology,optimizes literacy teaching,and selects appropriate forms of information technology presentation according to the law of word construction.Strengthen the effective combination of information technology and literacy teaching methods and strengthen the training of teachers in information technology.
