Theoretical And Practical Exploration On The Information Literacy Cultivation In Primary School's Information Technology Program

With the rapid development of information technology and the arrival of economic society, higher quality of the information literacy becomes the basic requirements for human resource in our society in the future. These requirements can be achieved only by strengthening the literacy training, and the information technology program is the primary approach to cultivate information literacy of students. Now how to promote information literacy level of students by information technology program is the important and urgent issue in primary school education.This paper lays emphasis on how to cultivate information literacy through information technology program in primary school. By integrating modern education theory with my many years of teaching experience, I preliminary explored the teaching design and its optimization of information technology program based on information literacy cultivation in primary school. Firstly, the author concisely explains the research background and its significance to cultivate students'information literacy. Secondly, by introducing technology program. Finally, empirical analysis is done by comparison method to test the effect of the information literacy cultivation and the results show that the teaching designs to promote information literacy cultivation can enhance the level of students'information literacy cultivation.
