system,vocational education bears the important task of cultivating high-quality labor force and is the cradle of cultivating high-quality skilled talents."Skilled workers are an important foundation for manufacturing in China and creating in China.We need to improve the modern vocational education system,innovate models of vocational education at all levels and in all types,and create favorable conditions for the growth of workers," Xi said in his speech at the national ceremony to award model workers and advanced workers.As a key link of vocational education,secondary vocational education should take a key step to realize the modernization of vocational education and the high-quality development of social economy.The cultivation of talents,the upgrading of school running quality,the reform and innovation of education,teachers are the soul of them.Therefore,secondary vocational teachers must improve their professional quality and undertake the responsibility of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled personnel in the country.The ability of education and research is an important part of the professional quality of secondary vocational teachers and an important ability to adapt to the educational requirements of the new era and the new situation.In countries actively encourage more teachers to participate in the scientific research team,and "the scientific research work to do on the earth",under the background of secondary vocational teacher education scientific research ability is generally not high enough,the specific situation how,what problem,what are the reasons and how to improve the education of secondary vocational teachers’ scientific research ability,these are worthy of our in-depth discussion.Under the support of teacher career cycle theory,teacher teaching expertise development five-stage theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,this study focuses on secondary vocational teachers’ educational and scientific research ability and defines the core concepts and structural elements of secondary vocational teachers’ educational and scientific research ability through literature research.Questionnaire survey method and interview method and other research methods are used to reflect the current situation of secondary vocational teachers’ education and research ability,summarize its existing problems and reasons,and put forward targeted improvement strategies.Main content of this research is divided into five parts altogether,the first part,the main research background and research significance,through literature review,clear education scientific research ability,teachers education scientific research ability,secondary vocational education scientific research ability,the concept of the three words,fully understand the domestic and foreign research present situation and the summary of the existing shortcomings.The second part,through the literature sorting out of the secondary vocational teacher education scientific research ability structural elements,namely the education scientific research innovation ability,education scientific research practice ability,education scientific research ability,to teachers’ life cycle theory,teachers’ teaching expertise development five phases theory and maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory as the theoretical basis,for the secondary vocational teachers provide theoretical reference to promote education scientific research ability.In the third part,starting with the three structural elements of secondary vocational teachers’ educational and scientific research ability,a questionnaire is prepared.After the reliability and validity test of the questionnaire,the questionnaire is issued to the teachers in 8 secondary vocational schools in Z Province.Through the survey data,the current status of secondary vocational teachers’ educational and scientific research ability is analyzed,and the existing problems are summarized.The fourth part,through the existing problems and interview data,from two aspects of subjective and objective factors,summed up the reasons for the lack of education and scientific research ability of secondary vocational teachers.The fifth part,in the light of the existing problems of secondary vocational teacher education scientific research ability and attribution analysis,from the government to strengthen the support and guide of secondary vocational teachers,schools,optimize the environment of education scientific research,the secondary vocational teachers’ aspects of strengthening the consciousness and the theoretical basis,realize the multi-agent coordination,promote the secondary vocational teacher education scientific research ability of effective promotion. |
