Under the background of "Healthy China" strategy and innovation-driven development strategy,higher vocational medical colleges are facing opportunities and challenges.Training young teachers’ scientific research ability in higher vocational medical colleges is an effective way to accelerate the sustainable development of schools,the professional development of teachers and the development of medical care.This paper takes young teachers of Fujian W College as the research object.To investigate the current situation of scientific research of young teachers in higher vocational medical colleges,and to study the cultivation of scientific research ability of young teachers in higher vocational medical colleges.It is hoped that young teachers will realize the shortcomings in the implementation of scientific research and the development of scientific research ability,speed up the growth of their own scientific research ability,make higher vocational medical colleges realize the shortcomings in the development of scientific research management and scientific research ability,construct a scientific research growth system for young teachers,and jointly promote the rapid growth of scientific research ability of young teachers in higher vocational medical colleges.This paper designs the Outline of Interview on the Present Situation of Scientific research of young teachers in higher vocational medical colleges,compiles the questionnaire on the present Situation of scientific research of young teachers in higher vocational medical colleges,investigates the current situation of scientific research implementation,scientific research management and scientific research ability development by means of interviews and questionnaires,and analyses the existing problems.Then,based on the current situation and existing problems of scientific research,combined with the characteristics of young teachers and the characteristics of medical scientific research in higher vocational colleges,the factors influencing the improvement of young teachers’ scientific research ability are analyzed.Finally,based on pedagogy and psychology as the theoretical basis,the following training measures are put forward from the teacher level and the school level: young teachers level includes three aspects: changing ideas,enhancing scientific research consciousness;strengthening learning,improving knowledge and experience;correctly handling the relationship between scientific research and teaching.At the school level,there are three measures:strengthening the training intensity,improving the training system,accelerating the construction of scientific research team,implementing the management of tutors,implementing performance incentives,and attaching importance to spiritual incentives. |
