Zhang Songlin,director of the Shandong Provincial Sports Bureau in July 2015 for the province's sports work situation report pointed out that more than 250 operating fitness clubs in Shandong Province,the annual output value of up to 250 million yuan.Shandong province fitness industry in recent years,the development speed up development,increasing scale,but is accompanied by the club management level lag,the club staff turnover is too large,the staff scheming problem [1].In the context of increased market competition,the success of the club is not much.In addition to the above three problems,fitness clubs in Shandong province has the following two aspects: on the one hand in ignoring the club's internal construction,the lack of the club culture,human resource management,staff training and other hidden resources,and the excessive pursuit of external club facilities;on the other hand is the excessive pursuit of immediate interests,and lack of long-term planning the club flourished just flower briefly as the broad-leaved epiphyllum.We should be clear: successful fitness club needs not only the types of complete and perfect hardware facilities,but also should have a service industry's basic characteristics: namely "service","service" as is the necessary condition to generate profits.The study on the employee loyalty of the fitness club,not only can directly see the operation of a club,but also can make the development plan for the management of the club.Club employee loyalty is high is their sense of belonging is strongly reflected,can be more enthusiastic to club members,more actively think of ways to solve the problems encountered in the work,the club will also improve the working environment,improve the club cohesion,bring more substantial economic benefits to the club.At the same time to make Ji'nan City fitness club management more standardized.This paper focuses on the research of employee loyalty of fitness clubs in Ji'nan City,using the method of literature,questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation,expert interview and mathematical statistics,in Ji'nan City,several large scale,operating in good condition,the overall distribution of fitness club business status,the basic situation of fitness coaches and membership etc.the investigation and Analysis on employee loyalty as the starting point,to explore the influence factors of employee loyalty,survey the club staff basic information,and based on the analysis of different position,age,gender,education staff of 6 staff loyalty influence factors preferences,through the analysis of the conclusions of the research.Employee loyalty determines employee performance and maintain the stable relationship between the employee and the club,the club to enhance cohesion and reduce staff turnover rate,so it has practical significance to study on the Ji'nan fitness club staff loyalty.In the acquisition of data and literature data and the collected data for scientific analysis,statistics,this paper made the following conclusions and recommendations,the Ji'nan fitness club staff loyalty has the goal of how to provide the basis for training:1,grasp the psychological tendency of different positions of employees,enhance employee loyaltyIn the training of professional management staff loyalty,should pay attention to improve their salary and increase their training opportunities and promotion space;for fitness clubs of Ji'nan City,the lack of high level coaches,should reduce the heavy selling fitness classes and sell membership card burden,it has better soft environment,and increase its salary;in the training of the staff loyalty service department,should focus on improving the working environment,especially the soft environment,the interpersonal relationship.Secondly,should be appropriate to raise the salary and welfare and with relatively democratic and human resources management system;in the training of membership consultant loyalty,should focus on improving the salary and benefits,and give its proper training and promotion space.2,the correct allocation of club factors,improve employee loyaltyJi'nan City Fitness Club in the implementation of salary increase policy,focusing on the above 30 years old,higher education,male employees and two year old 20-30 membership consultant group experience is more conducive to the improvement of the loyalty;Ji'nan fitness club will provide training opportunities and promotion to higher professional managers,coaches and instructors in education,membership consultant male,20-30 years old employees will be more conducive to the improvement of the loyalty of fitness clubs in Ji'nan city;implementation of club culture education can get better in male,20-30 years old,high educated employees of this group,is conducive to the improvement of the loyalty cultivation;for 20-30 years of age,female,low degree of employee loyalty should pay attention to the fair justice of the human resource management system.
