In September 2018,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022),which pointed out that a more active,open and effective talent policy should be implemented to promote the revitalization of rural talents and encourage social talents to participate in rural construction.We will continue to implement the talent support plan for the "Three Districts"(remote and poverty-stricken areas,frontier ethnic areas and old revolutionary areas),further promote the work of university student village officials,implement the plan of "Three Supports and One Support" and the grass-roots growth of college graduates according to local conditions,and carry out the "Women’s Action" for rural revitalization and the Youth Achievement Action.Under the pressure of employment and the active encouragement of the government,more and more college graduates can correctly analyze the prospect of rural employment and choose the appropriate way to participate in the construction of agriculture and rural areas.After the reform of talent training objectives in Colleges and universities,normal colleges and universities have become a comprehensive college integrating education teacher training and technology-based,application-oriented talent training.The graduates can meet the urgent needs of all kinds of talents for the development of agriculture and rural areas.Because it integrates the training of normal students and the training of non normal students,it has distinctive characteristics in skills training,value orientation,employment planning and education compared with other colleges.Therefore,this paper takes the graduates of six normal universities in Chongqing as the research object,and deeply analyzes the influencing factors of rural employment of this group.Normal university graduates are the main source of supplying rural teachers.The research on rural employment willingness of this group is conducive to the construction of rural teachers.The research on rural employment willingness of non normal university graduates is conducive to the overall improvement of rural talent organization structure.The main idea of this study is to understand the factors influencing their employment choice and their views on rural employment through interviews with graduates of normal universities in Chongqing.Then,questionnaire survey is conducted on six normal university graduates in Chongqing,and the data validity test is conducted with clonal Bach coefficient,and exploratory factor analysis method is used The validity of the questionnaire was tested.Finally,logistic regression analysis was carried out to get the education level,the professional category,the growth environment,the attitude of parents,the help of the main social resources of the family,rural employment information publicity,the study of career planning curriculum,employment practice opportunities,job stability,work salary treatment,work development space,and national policy guidance The 16 factors,such as the level of rural economic development,the level of rural infrastructure construction,the level of rural social security and the level of rural public service,have a significant impact on the rural employment willingness of graduates of normal universities in Chongqing.According to the results of the investigation and analysis,the paper puts forward suggestions to strengthen the construction of rural talents and improve the rural employment system of graduates of normal universities.
