| Account management is an effective management method and means based on kindergarten epidemic account.Based on account management,this study focuses on the concept,establish,record and manage of kindergarten epidemic accounts and explores the prevention and control of kindergarten epidemic situation,and then realizes effective prevention and control of epidemic situation of "from the management point of view,territorial management,personal management and material management;from the perspective of responsibility,territorial responsibility,personal responsibility and material responsibility;from the account,one person has one account,one class has one account and one kindergarten has one account".In this study,kindergartens with different nature of running kindergartens are taken as the research objects,and questionnaire survey,content analysis and interview are taken as the main research methods to explore the reality of the account management of epidemic prevention and control in kindergartens.In the process of systematically combing the relevant literature,I understand the research viewpoints of existing scholars,determine the dimensions of account management of epidemic prevention and control,compile questionnaires,content analysis tables and interview outlines based on the suggestions of instructor and experts,and test their reliability and validity.SPSS24.0and EXCEL2020 were used to analyze the four dimensions of concept,establish,record and manage of epidemic accounts in 234 kindergartens,and the collected text data of100 kindergartens’ epidemic accounts and 22 interview data were used for comprehensive analysis.Finally,the research results were obtained.Generally speaking,the account management of epidemic prevention and control in kindergartens is at a medium level.Specifically:(1)Kindergartens pay more attention to the concept of epidemic account,and get the highest scores among the four dimensions.There is no significant difference in the origin and nature of running kindergartens.Among them,the responsible person of the kindergarten epidemic ledger attaches great importance to the epidemic account and has a good understanding and attitude towards the epidemic account;kindergarten staff and parents think that the epidemic account is important to the prevention and control of kindergarten epidemic situation,and they know the epidemic account better,but the parents have a one-sided understanding of the epidemic account.(2)Kindergartens are not comprehensive in the content of epidemic account records,and the scores are second in four dimensions.Basically,the whole kindergarten participates in the record of epidemic account,but the main body of the record is class teachers and health care doctors,the record work is satisfactory;the recorded content covers a wide range and the work records of the residential committee are relatively few.Through the comparison of differences,it is found that the public kindergartens are better than the private kindergartens in the registration of visitors,the registration of picking up and dropping off children,and the residential committee system;the recorded object contains records of people and things.(3)Kindergartens are imperfect in the establishment of epidemic account,and the scores are third in four dimensions,and there is no significant difference in the origin and nature of running kindergartens.The main body of establishing kindergarten epidemic account is responsible by special person,and the requirements of higher authorities are the main basis for establishment;the main form of establishment is "paper + electronic".(4)Kindergartens are not in place in the management of epidemic account,and the score is the lowest in four dimensions.Among them,the epidemic account is mainly collected by class teachers,regularly sorted by health care doctors and class teachers,and kept by health care doctors in different categories,and corresponding procedures are required for consulting kindergarten epidemic account.Through the comparison of differences,it is found that kindergarten directors located in villages are better at consulting the epidemic account of their kindergartens than those located in urban areas,and it is more necessary to go through the corresponding procedures to consult the epidemic account of private kindergartens than that of public kindergartens.After analysis and refinement,the existing problems of kindergarten epidemic prevention and control account management are summarized as follows:(1)The main body of kindergarten epidemic prevention and control account management responsibility is not clear;(2)Lack of richness in the cognition of kindergarten epidemic account;(3)The establishment of kindergarten epidemic account lacks dynamics and sharing;(4)The records of kindergarten epidemic account are not comprehensive.Based on this,I put forward corresponding suggestions to strengthen the account management of kindergarten epidemic prevention and control:(1)Implement kindergarten account management,clarify the responsible subject and its responsibilities and work requirements,including the responsible person,the establishment subject and the manager of the kindergarten epidemic account;(2)Enrich the cognition of kindergarten epidemic account,involving understanding ways,infectious diseases and epidemic account types and realize experience transfer;(3)Using information technology to establish an intelligent epidemic account platform to realize two-way visualization of epidemic account and avoid information islands;(4)Improve the contents of epidemic account records,such as the control of the residential committee and the gatekeeper control,and strive to check for leaks and fill vacancies.Through systematic and comprehensive research,with a view to providing some reference for the prevention and control of epidemic situation in kindergartens,and realize the safeguard function of epidemic prevention and control account for kindergartens,the life and health of all teachers and children,and the coordinated prevention and control of homes. |
