| At present,higher vocational colleges have become the main force of preschool education teacher training.With the increasing social demand for preschool education,the social requirements for the quality of preschool education teacher training are also rising.Therefore,how to ensure the quality of preschool education teacher training has become a key problem.As an important carrier of pre-school education personnel training,the scientificity and rationality of pre-school education curriculum is very important to improve the quality of pre-school education teachers.Through the research on the curriculum of preschool education in Higher Vocational Colleges in Chongqing,this paper aims to find out the problems in the current curriculum of preschool education,make an in-depth analysis of the problems,put forward the plan to optimize the curriculum of preschool education in higher vocational colleges,and find an effective way to effectively improve the quality of teacher training of preschool education.This paper mainly includes the following five parts:The first part is the introduction.It includes the necessity and importance of setting up the pre-school education courses scientifically and reasonably in Chongqing higher vocational colleges,the purpose and significance of the research,as well as the literature review,core concepts,research ideas and methods.The second part is about the current situation of curriculum setting of preschool education major in Chongqing higher vocational colleges.Taking the talent training program as the research text,we systematically understand the current situation of curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum structure and curriculum implementation.In order to further accurately define the existing problems of preschool education curriculum in Chongqing higher vocational colleges,this paper adopts the method of equidistant sampling to sample higher vocational colleges,conducts questionnaire survey on relevant subjects by issuing questionnaires,and conducts in-depth interviews with the subjects of relevant sample schools.The third part,Vocational Colleges in Chongqing pre-school education curriculum analysis.Based on the second part of the problem analysis,it is found that the training objectives fail to highlight the characteristics of preschool education major in higher vocational colleges,public courses are lack of flexibility and breadth,centralized practice is lack of comprehensiveness and substantiality,and a series of problems exist in professional courses.The fourth part,Vocational Colleges in Chongqing preschool education curriculum suggestions.In view of the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions: accurately positioning the training objectives;reasonably allocating the proportion of various types of courses,increasing the class hours of practical training courses;broadening the types of public courses,paying attention to the opening of elective courses;deepening the comprehensive reform of work task oriented courses,adding courses to promote children’s learning and development,and paying attention to the needs of specific courses in assessment methods and teaching forms We should adjust the teaching objectives of art courses,focus on professional core literacy;make clear the plan and arrangement of practice links,make practice links run through the learning process,speed up the improvement of practice and training base inside and outside the school;carry out the construction of preschool education specialty group,explore the hierarchical talent training mechanism,and optimize the curriculum system of specialty group.The fifth part is the conclusion.This paper summarizes the related discussion on the curriculum of preschool education major in Chongqing higher vocational colleges,and explains the shortcomings in the process of thesis writing. |
