| With the rapid development of information technology,traditional offline classrooms were being greatly affected by online teaching.Information technology not only provided new environment,new ideas and new methods for students’ learning,but also put forward new requirements for the core qualities of teacher education and teaching.From the perspective of education administrators,this research further explored the core qualities of online teaching of primary school teachers through literature research,interviews,and questionnaire surveys.Based on the professional development of teachers and humanistic theory,the related concepts of online teaching,teacher literacy and teacher core literacy have been defined,and the status quo of related research at home and abroad has been sorted out.The core literacy framework for online teaching of primary school teachers in this article was determined,that was,political literacy and teacher ethics literacy run through,and the online teaching process was divided into three parts: before class,during class,and after class.A survey of the overall level of the core literacy of online teaching of primary school teachers in Sanya City found that there were gaps in teachers’ political and ethical literacy,network security awareness and insufficient online teaching and research innovation capabilities,poor knowledge structure and classroom behavior,learning direction and awareness Vagueness,insufficient communication between online teaching and research,etc.Focusing on the problem center,a development strategy to promote the core literacy of primary school teachers’ online teaching was proposed,namely,building a “smart teacher ethics” system,establishing a long-term teacher training mechanism,promoting the input and output of cybersecurity awareness,introducing a third-party evaluation mechanism,and establishing Self-learning system and building communication platform,etc. |
