E-education not only can provide a convenient and efficient method for management of teaching, but also is a crux for teaching resource's generating, combining and accumulation. For it has modernized facilities, digital medium, it can realize resource generating and sharing , its superiority is efficiency.As we know, people are paying more and more attention to E-educational benefits, as its tremendous cost and high update speed. High input asks high output. Educational main output is teaching quality's improvement, for its main work is teaching. Teacher is the key factor for teaching quality. So providing rich and high-quality teaching resources for teachers is one of the important E-educational utilization.This paper stems from a lot of investigation, experiment and discussion .The investigation is about capital rural school's running condition and the level of E-educational utilization, the experiment is about educational new technology. Because capital high-quality teaching resources can not realize balanced distribution, this paper aims at the improvement of capital rural teaching quality, teacher training level and the pattern of E-educational utilization. Its content is about how to provide rich and high-quality teaching resources for capital rural teachers.As the investigation show, the teacher's urgent need is teaching resources and training resources. These resources should be direct, practical, in keeping with classroom instruction and be suitable for learning and imitation. The new curriculum reform made some resources lost their value as their difficulty for update. The main approach for teaching resource's generating, combining and accumulation should be the preservation and sharing the excellent teacher's teaching resources in school by new information technology and network support. The excellent teacher's teaching classroom instruction resources can reflect authentic classroom scene, more over, they can keep with the school teaching and studying.In view of the analysis in depth for these investigation and sum up from these experiment and discussion .This paper generalizes a conclusion for capital rural teacher's progress and establishes a network training pattern based upon resources support. By this way, we also can build up an E-education way for expert's guidance to capital rural teachers. It is useful for insufficiency of expert and capital rural teacher's progress.This paper brings forth new ideas in three aspects as follows:First of all, the preservation and sharing the excellent teacher's teaching resources in school can be keep in contact close with the school's main work. It can make the resources more useful, rich and perfect with the school development, it also can improve the pattern for teacher's progress.Secondly, this paper finds a way for insufficiency of expert and well-known teacher. The video or text of expert's course evaluation can be shared by the school which lacks high-quality teaching resources by network and other technology. As a result, it can bring about a widespread expert's guidance for capital rural teacher.
