Research purpose: During the COVID-19 epidemic, due to epidemic prevention policies such as "social isolation" and "home isolation",the social rhythm is relatively stagnant.People’s original life, study, work and interpersonal communication are disrupted, and the bad emotions such as panic, anxiety and irritability strengthen people’s dependence on the Internet.By consulting the relevant literature,we found that sports participation is conducive to reducing college students’ Internet addiction.Based on the existing experience, taking female college students in Southwest China as an example, based on the intermediary effect of self-control and enhanced sensitivity,to explore the problem of female college students’ Internet addiction and physical exercise status and their relationship. The chain mediating effect model constructed in Amos software can explore the mediation mechanism of the effect of female college students’ physical exercise on Internet addiction to a large extent. The research on improving students’ physical exercise and improving Internet addiction by exercise has certain theoretical reference value.Research method: This study takes female college students in Southwest China as the research object to investigate their physical exercise,self-control,strengthening sensitivity and Internet addiction.and get the corresponding conclusions.Descriptive analysis, independent sample T-test,one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis, linear regression analysis,Amos mediation path analysis and other methods are used to process the survey data and obtain corresponding conclusionsResearch result:(1)During the period of the popularity of cowid-19,Female college students have relatively low scores on physical exercise and its sub-dimension exercise intensity and exercise time, and the exercise evaluation rate is relatively good; Most women’s colleges are less active in participating in physical exercises; In terms of exercise time, most students are between 21-30 minutes and choose the frequency of exercise 1-2times a week; The amount of exercise of female college students is mainly small amount of exercise, followed by medium amount of exercise, and the least amount of large amount of exercise; There is no significant difference in physical exercise in professional,BMI value, average daily network use time, and network peak hours; There are significant differences in grades, and the scores of the junior and senior groups are significantly higher than those of the freshman and sophomore groups; There are differences in visual acuity.Female college students with normal vision score significantly higher than those with poor vision.(2)During the COVID-19 epidemic, female college students scored higher on the self-control scale and its sub-dimensions,especially in the sub-dimensions-impulse control and restrained entertainment; There is no significant difference in the total score of self-control in professional and BMI;Self-control sub-dimension-resistance to temptation has significant differences in grades, among which the score of the senior group is significantly higher than that of the freshman and sophomore groups;Self-control sub-dimension-healthy habits have significant differences in visual acuity.Female college students with normal vision score significantly higher than those with poor vision; The scores of the female students who use Internet for less than or equal to3 hours are significantly higher than those who use Internet for more than 9 hours. There are significant differences in the peak hours of using Internet between 18:00 and24:00 Students’ scores were significantly higher than those in the period of 24:00-6:00.(3)During the epidemic period of covid-19,the scores of strengthening sensitivity of female college students fluctuated up and down at the middle level, while the scores of reward sensitivity were below the middle level;there were no significant differences in major, grade,BMI,average daily Internet use time and peak Internet use time between strengthening sensitivity and reward sensitivity;Reward sensitivity-drive has significant differences in visual acuity.Female college students with poor vision have significantly higher drive scores than those with normal vision.(4)During the popularity of covid-19,the scores of female college students’ Internet addiction were above the middle level, most of them had Internet addiction;Internet addiction did not have significant difference in major,BMI value, vision, average daily use of network time and peak period of network use; However, there are obvious differences in grades. It is found that the Internet addiction score of the sophomore group is significantly higher than that of the female college students in the third group; There is a significant difference in the average daily Internet use time.Female college students who use the network for less than or equal to 3h and between4h-6h score significantly higher than those who use the network for more than 9h and between 7h-9h;There are significant differences in the peak hours of using the Internet.Female college students who use the Internet during the 18:00-6:00 time period score significantly higher than the students in the 6:00-12:00 time period.Research conclusion:(1)Female college students’ physical exercise behavior,self-control,reward sensitivity, and Internet addiction are all correlated in pairs; The physical exercise behavior of college students has a negative predictive effect on reward sensitivity and Internet addiction, and has a positive predictive effect on self-control;Self-control has a negative predictive effect on reward sensitivity and Internet addiction;Reward sensitivity has a positive predictive effect on Internet addiction.(2)Physical exercise behavior can directly predict female college students’ Internet addiction, and self-control and reward sensitivity play a mediating role between physical exercise behavior and Internet addiction.
