China’s aging society continues to deepen. The 2030 Plan for Healthy China promotes and promotes healthy aging from a national strategic perspective. It clearly proposes to promote the integration of medical care and nursing care, and to provide the elderly with integrated health and elderly care services including hospitalization during treatment, nursing care during rehabilitation, life care during stability period and hospice care.General Secretary Xi’s concept of high quality development further releases the internal demand of social individuals for the quality of life(quality of life and dignity of death). After the national pilot city for palliative care was carried out in2017 and 2019,what is the awareness of the public(general public and medical personnel)on palliative care? What are the influencing factors of public palliative care awareness acceptance? Feasibility and results of the study on the cognitive impact of social work intervention on palliative care.data collection---statistic and analysis---research findings---results discuss are the path of this article.Research findings: 1)the general public’s overall cognitive self-assessment of palliative care is not high(24.56%).The local government also publicized it,but the general public did not know it,their friends or family had hospice care(care)experience, the situation of discussing "death" in life was restricted, there was no hospice care reimbursement in medical insurance or social security, and the degree of knowledge about the right to know about medical treatment and illness were all factors.2)Medical staff had higher awareness of palliative care(65.75%).Among the investigated medical staff units, most of them have carried out palliative care services, but the scope and content of palliative care services are extremely limited, and the local culture and customs of hospice first aid.The influencing factors were family demand for palliative care, current medical insurance palliative care payment policy, department and post of medical staff, working years, palliative care training ability of the unit etc.3)The physical pain relief, psychological anxiety and emotional counseling are more perceptual and direct cognition to the hospice care. The professional degree of palliative care practitioners, the link of palliative care resources and the social and cultural adaptability of palliative care are the key factors affecting the social cognition of palliative care.In addition, the mode and environment of hospice care at home, community and hospital also had an indirect effect on the public perception of hospice care. Results discuss:The public awareness of palliative care shows that there is still much room for improvement in the promotion of palliative care.Individual sensory Perception of palliative care and the current macro development environment of palliative care indicate that the local social-cultural adaptability of palliative care is the core influencing factor of public palliative care cognitive acceptance.
