| Up to now,China has achieved the goal of lifting the rural poor population out of poverty under the current standards and removing all the hats of the national impoverished counties, and has achieved world-renowned achievements. However, this is not the end of poverty alleviation work, but the starting point of a new life and new struggle. As farmers’ incomes generally rise, their subjective perceptions of poverty will also change accordingly.Farmers no longer equate poverty with solving the problem of food and clothing, not just satisfy basic living needs, but need to be satisfied in more aspects. Therefore, the study of subjective poverty and the influencing factors of subjective poverty are helpful to the development of poverty policy in the next step. This article is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction;the second part is the theory, literature review and the definition of the basic concepts;the third part uses CGSS2017 and CSS2015 data to analyze the current situation of subjective poverty;the fourth part uses the Probit analysis method to analyze the subjective poverty of farmers The fifth part draws on the classification method of the migrant worker group, divides the farmers into the new generation of farmers and the old generation of farmers, and analyzes the intergenerational differences of subjective poverty influencing factors. The research results show that:(1)There are large differences in subjective poverty between different regions, and the objective poverty rate has declined from2015 to 2017,but the incidence of subjective poverty has shown an upward trend, and the direction of change between the two is not synchronized.(2)In terms of influencing factors, physical capital, human capital, social capital, and psychological capital will all have a significant negative impact on subjective poverty.Especially the psychological capital factor,as the level of psychological capital increases, the degree of subjective poverty will decrease significantly.(3)By comparing the new generation of farmers with the old generation of farmers and performing with T test,it is found that there are obvious differences in the incidence of subjective poverty between generations, and the incidence of subjective poverty of the older generation of farmers is significantly higher than that of the new generation. There are also obvious intergenerational differences in the influencing factors of subjective poverty.Among them, the new generation of farmers are greatly affected by material factors, especially the income level. In addition to material capital, the older generation of farmers will also be affected by social capital, human capital, and psychological capital. Finally, based on the research conclusions, summarize and put forward corresponding recommendations: First,we should strengthen the understanding of the subjective poverty of farmers.Second,we should pay more attention to the psychological capital of farmers.Third,we need to formulate targeted policies based on generational differences. |
