In recent years,with the increasing number of autistic children in China,autistic children,a special group,have been widely concerned by all walks of life.Most autistic children and their families are faced with multiple difficulties,such as: autistic children’s poor social adaptability,difficult socialization,autistic children’s family economic pressure,autistic children are vulnerable to social discrimination and so on.Aggressive behavior is a kind of deviant behavior that often occurs in the process of autistic children’s growth and development.It is easy to harm themselves and others.If these aggressive behaviors are not reasonably guided and stopped in the embryonic stage,it will lead to the problems of irritability,social barriers and other problems of autistic children,which will have a negative impact on the child’s life.It can be seen that social work intervention in the aggressive behavior of autistic children,the combination of theory and practice,has high research value at present.Based on this background,supported by the theory of social work,this paper comprehensively uses the methods of investigation and field research to study the autistic children in H institutions in Xi’an.Through the observation of internship and feedback from the teachers,the aggressive behaviors of autistic children in H institution are generally divided into three categories: physical aggression,language aggression and self harm.According to the measurement of the scale and the frequency of aggressive behaviors of autistic children,two autistic children with physical aggression tendency and self harm tendency are selected As the service object,children use case work method to develop individual intervention program for the service object to correct aggressive behavior,help the service object to improve their own behavior problems,and enhance their ability of self construction and self-development.After the intervention,it is found that the treatment of aggressive behavior by professional methods of social work can improve the behavior of autistic children to a certain extent,and also has a positive effect on shaping healthy personality.Based on the above analysis conclusions,this study believes that: first,it is feasible and necessary to carry out case intervention service for autistic children’s aggressive behavior.Under the guidance of social work theory,autistic children can effectively reduce the frequency of aggressive behavior by strengthening,emotional catharsis and improving parent-child communication mode.Secondly,the aggressive behavior of autistic children is not only related to the innate defects of autistic children,but also influenced by family,school institutions and social environment.Therefore,it is necessary to intervene not only the case owner itself,but also the family members and teachers.Third,in the process of case intervention for autistic children,social workers should also link social resources and get help from various forces,which is conducive to autistic children’s understanding of society and the public’s better acceptance of autistic children. |
