Research On The Construction Of Social Work Supervision Ability

In recent years,the state has continuously increased its emphasis on the professional development of social work,and decisions and plans surrounding the training of social work professionals have continued to emerge.In the process of cultivating social work talents,the cultivation of social work supervisors has gradually received attention from the industry and society.In the professional development of social work and the construction of the industry,supervision plays an extremely important role.In the process of supervising one’s own work,there will also be problems of insufficient ability due to some new problems and new situations.Under such circumstances,supervision capacity building,as a part of talent training,has gradually attracted attention.This article takes the supervision of institutions for the disabled in X area as the research object,adopts the method of case study,and conducts supervision capacity building research by analyzing the needs of supervision capacity building.During the research process,the author conducted interviews with 7 employees in the organization and found that the supervisors in the social work organization for persons with disabilities in the X area have insufficient professional service capabilities and management capabilities.Through the analysis of the needs of the service targets in the daily work of the supervisors,Analyze the capacity building needs of supervisors in the work of the organization,and put forward supervisory capacity building countermeasures around the current situation of the organization and the needs of supervisory capabilities.Based on the exploration of the capacity building path of social work supervisors,this article analyzes the capacity needs of institutional supervisors of personnel and service targets at all levels of the organization,and makes an effort to promote the capacity building of institutional supervisors and the cultivation of social work supervisors.
