Tai ji quan is the treasure of the Chinese traditional sports,to its soft, slow motion characteristics and in the aspect of disease treatment, health care and rehabilitation, health function and liked by the people around the world, but for now the spread of taijiquan mostly oral teaching, lack of certain data support and interpretation about the correct technical data, this study is based on the analysis of the biomechanics of quantitative,The purpose of this paper is to analyze the kinematics characteristics of lower extremities and the core technical details of "cloud hand" and "single whip" movements,to better guide mass fitness and rehabilitation exercise, and to provide accurate data support for Taijiquan dissemination. Methods: This study recruited 5 high-level successors of Chen Style Taijiquan(GSP group)and 5 undergraduate beginners(CXZ group)as research subjects, and used Vicon optical motion capture system to record the lower limb kinematics data of two typical movements of "Yun Shou" and "Dan Bian" in the two groups for a control study. Results :(1)Compared with GSP group, the peak angles of right ankle plantar flexion, double ankle valgus and double hip internal rotation were lower in CXZ group during AB stage(P<0.05),and the peak angles of double ankle external rotation were also lower(P< 0.01).The right ankle pronation and internal rotation, both knee extension, left knee pronation, left hip external rotation Angle had greater peak value(P<0.05),and the left ankle internal rotation angle had greater peak value(P <0.01).Compared with the GSP group, the values of left ankle valgus, left knee valgus and internal rotation of both hips were lower in CXZ group at BC stage(P< 0.05),and the values of external rotation of both ankles were also lower(P<0.01).The peak values of right ankle dorsal extension, left knee extension and pronation, both hips external rotation were larger(P <0.05),and the peak values of right ankle internal rotation were also larger(P <0.01).In terms of range of motion, compared with the GSP group, the CXZ group had smaller left ankle joint(P<0.05)in coronal and horizontal plane, larger left knee joint(P<0.05),and smaller pelvis in sagittal plane(P<0.05).(2)In the "Dan Bian" movement, compared with the GSP group, the peak value of right ankle valgus Angle was lower in the CXZ group at AB stage(P<0.05),and the peak value of both ankle external rotation and left hip internal rotation were also lower(P<0.01).Right ankle dorsal extension and pronation, bilateral ankle pronation, left knee extension and pronation, bilateral knee pronation, and left hip adduction Angle had higher peak values(P<0.05).Compared with GSP group,CXZ group had lower left ankle plantar flexion, double hip internal rotation and Angle peak(P<0.05),and lower right ankle valgus and double ankle external rotation Angle peak(P<0.01)at BC stage. The peak values of left ankle dorsal extension, left knee extension, both knees pronation and left knee external rotation were larger(P<0.05),and the peak values of right ankle pronation, both ankles internal rotation and both hips external rotation were also larger(P<0.01).Compared with GSP group, the peak values of right ankle plantar flexion and knee valgus Angle in CXZ group were lower(P<0.05),and the peak values of right ankle valgus Angle, ankle external rotation and hip internal rotation Angle were also lower(P<0.01).The peak values of pronation of both knees and left knee were larger(P<0.05),and the peak values of pronation of right ankle, pronation of both malleoles and pronation of both hips were also larger(P<0.01).Compared with GSP group, the peak values of knee valgus and pelvis dextral rotation were lower in CXZ group at DE stage(P<0.05),and the peak values of right ankle valgus and ankle external rotation were also lower(P<0.01).The right ankle dorsal extension, both knees pronation and left knee external rotation had greater peak values(P<0.05),and the right knee pronation, both ankles internal rotation and both hips external rotation had greater peak values(P<0.01).In terms of range of motion, compared with the GSP group, the left knee joint in the CXZ group was larger in the coronal plane(P<0.05).(3)As can be seen from the motion range diagram of the two movements, compared with the GSP group, the motion range of the ankle joint in the three motion surfaces in the CXZ group was smaller, and the knee joint was larger.Results:(1)the two groups were similar in the phase characteristics of Yun Shou, while the two groups had significant differences in the phase characteristics of Dan Bian movement.(2)In the "Yun Shou" and "Dan Bian" movements, the technical differences between the two groups were mainly reflected in the coronal plane and horizontal plane of the lower limb joints.(3)In the movement of "Yun Shou" and "Dan Bian",the ankle in the GSP group formed stable pronation in the coronal plane and the horizontal plane, and the external rotation tended to push the inside of the foot.Varus and pronation tended to be buffered by the lateral support of the foot, while CXZ group did not develop these stable movement patterns.(4)In the "Yun Shou" and "Dan Bian" movements, the GSP group had greater ankle flexibility and was better at using the ankle to regulate body movement, while the CXZ group had excessive knee compensation, which was usually the main reason for knee pain of beginners.(5)In "Yun Shou" and "Dan Bian" movements, the "ankle-hip" movement pattern with both ankles tending to external rotation and both hips tending to internal rotation in the GSP group was conducive to the formation of resultative force of both lower limbs.(6)Compared with the CXZ group, the GSP group paid more attention to the forward and backward tilt of pelvis.
