Research On The Construction Of Volleyball Teaching Team In China’s Institute Of Physical Education

Since 2007,the State Council and the Ministry of Education of China have attached great importance to the construction of teaching teams.Several documents have been issued to emphasize the construction of teaching teams,such as Undergraduate Teaching Quality and Teaching Reform Project in Colleges and Universities(Quality Project for short),Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Teacher Troops,Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Teacher Troops and Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Construction and Reform of Teacher Troops in the New Era.After entering the new era,all regions began to carry out the construction of innovative strong schools and quality projects,and continue to build high level teaching teams.At present,the state emphasizes the construction of first-class courses,and the implementation of the "double ten thousand" plan.China has gradually improved the school physical education teaching mode formed by "health knowledge + basic sports skills + special sports skills",and all regions have strengthened their efforts to match and strengthen physical education teachers.How to strengthen the construction of teaching team in sports colleges and universities in our country and improve the teaching quality of physical education has become the theme of the reform and development of sports colleges and universities in our country in recent years.The construction of volleyball teaching team plays an important role in improving the quality of volleyball teaching and the professional development level of teachers.The construction of volleyball teaching team in China’s Institute of physical Education is in its infancy,and there are not many research achievements that can be used for reference for the construction of volleyball teaching team.Most of the volleyball teaching teams in physical education colleges are limited to the volleyball teaching and research rooms or volleyball teaching and research groups in the same university,there are few volleyball teaching teams formed across disciplines,and the resource sharing advantages of volleyball teaching teams have not yet been reflected,but they are professional.This study applys the theories of sports,philosophy and management to explore the characteristics and theoretical basis of the volleyball teaching team in the Institute of physical Education in China.This paper attempts to organically combine the theory of teaching team with volleyball,analyze the common ground and characteristics of volleyball teaching team and general teaching team in physical education colleges of our country,and study the current situation and counterplan of volleyball teaching team construction in physical education colleges of our country.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for strengthening the construction of volleyball teachers and improving the quality of teaching and teaching in physical instructional colleges in China.According to the research results and analysis of this paper,the main conclusions are as follows:1.At present our country sports college volleyball teaching teachers team a total of 117 people,all colleges and universities attach great importance to the volleyball teaching team construction,most of the volleyball teaching team to achieve Huang Danian type teaching team construction in colleges and universities create indexes and requirements,more team volleyball teaching age structure is unreasonable,the elderly and middle-aged teachers,young teachers is less;Volleyball teaching team lack of experienced old and middle-aged teachers,most of the volleyball teaching team in the high title and high education personnel are less.2.In the past five years,the teaching achievements of volleyball teaching teams in China’s physical education institutes are mostly university-level achievements,and there are no landmark teaching achievements.There are no teaching achievements in Beijing Sport University,Jilin Sport University and Hebei Sport University.Most of the educational reform or research projects are university-level projects,and there are no national-level educational reform or research projects.Most of the research projects undertaken by the team are university-level projects.Influenced by the professional title evaluation of various schools,each team attaches great importance to the publication of scientific research papers.There are standard volleyball courts in physical education institutes in our country,and most schools can meet the needs of volleyball teaching.3.There are obvious gaps in the management mechanism of volleyball teaching teams in various physical education institutes.Xi ’an Institute of Physical Education and Chengdu Institute of Physical Education have relatively perfect management systems,while Capital Institute of Physical Education,School of Physical Education of Zhengzhou University and Wuhan Institute of Physical Education have not established relevant team management systems.Most of the volleyball teaching teams belong to the provincial or university level.Harbin Institute of Physical Education and Hebei Institute of Physical Education should actively build teaching teams and strive to apply for teaching team projects.Most of the volleyball teaching team funds are insufficient,should actively declare,strive for more funds for the construction of teaching team;A few volleyball teaching teams have not perfected the relevant supporting system and reward mechanism,and have not given rewards to the achievements of teaching and scientific research,which will weaken the work enthusiasm of the volleyball teaching team.4.In peacetime training,most coaches in physical education institutes in China train in teams that are suitable for themselves,which have obvious training effects on athletes,rapid improvement in sports performance and high level of sports training.Some players are transferred to the national team,and the training plans and methods are scientific and effective.5.In the past five years,volleyball teaching teams in China’s physical education institutes have taken on a lot of responsibilities,while some physical education institutes have a weak participation in volleyball social services.
