In sports competition,how to play the team’s effectiveness according to the role position and tactical changes in the field,form effective trust,communicate and interact is the key,which is the fundamental purpose that coaches and athletes hope to achieve.With the continuous development of volleyball,athletes show small differences in physical,psychological,intelligence and technical and tactical performance,but with the increasing intensity of the competition,good trust between athletes is very important.Only when the members of the team form a stable trust relationship,the trust between teammates in the competition process will continue to increase.In volleyball,team trust is the premise of players’ cooperation,the basis of team management,and the important factor of good training atmosphere.This study mainly discusses let the female team in higher education believe their performance.By analyzing the team trust and team performance of different types of athletes,we can find out the reasons for their differences.To arouse the coaches’ attention to the psychology of different types of athletes,so as to increase the team trust between players and teams,coaches and teammates,and to find ways to improve the team performance of college women’s volleyball team.This paper mainly uses the methods of questionnaire survey and expert interview to measure and analyze the Trust and Collective Performance of Women’s Groups in China’s Higher Education,and uses SPSS 21.0 statistical software to process and analyze the effective data collected from the questionnaire.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)There is a very positive relationship between team trust and performance,and there is also a positive relationship between team trust and interpersonal relationship management.The group believes that its performance has improved.As the trust of the team increases,the team’s performance also gradually improves.(2)The older the athletes are,the longer their sports years are and the higher their sports levels are,the higher their team trust level is,because team trust has a process of formation.However,the different positions of the players on the field have no effect on the team trust because of the different division of labor.The main players gain higher team trust.(3)The older the athletes are,the longer their years of sports are,and the higher their sports level is,the higher their performance evaluation is.There is no effect on performance of athletes in different positions and main players.Different age,different years of sports,different levels of sports,different positions on the field and whether they are the main players have no effect on relationship performance.(4)Team trust plays an important role in promoting the overall and individual performance of work performance.In college women’s volleyball team,in the process of gradually improving the trust among teammates,it can improve the team’s overall work performance,and then enhance the team’s recognition of teammates’ ability level and trust in the team’s special ability level,which can effectively improve the competitive performance of the whole team.
