Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Kindergarten Home From The Perspective Of Community

As a platform of lifelong education for children,family provides important nouri shment for children’s healthy growth,while kindergarten is an important guide and pro tector in children’s development.The family is a strong backing for the kindergarten,and teachers can provide valuable Suggestions for parents to scientifically raise th eir children.The author believes that the equal cooperation between the family and the kindergarten under the guidance of the common goal is referred to as home cooperation.Family and kindergarten cooperation(homeland cooperation)is an important means of education,which can not only shorten the distance between t eachers and parents,but also ensure the healthy development of children.This researc h is mainly composed of four parts.The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the question,litera ture review,research significance,definition of core concepts and research methods.The second part analyzes the investigation results of cooperation between familie s and kindergartens on the basis of questionnaire and interview.This part mainly from the understanding of parents and teachers on homeland cooperation,the content and way of homeland cooperation,the frequency of communication between parents and teachers in homeland cooperation,as well as the evaluation of parents and teachers on homeland cooperation and other aspects of a detailed analysis.The third part is to examine the problems that have arisen in Shenzhen S Kindergarten home cooperation from the perspective of the community.The problems of homeland cooperation are mainly manifested in the lack of common goals,scattered educational forces,unclear responsibilities leading to insufficient interactivity,parent-teacher relations are in harmony,mainly transactional cooperation,emotional communication is not strong,and the content of cooperation activities is one-sided and rich Lack of sex.The fourth part is the corresponding solutions proposed by the researchers based on the current problems in Shenzhen S kindergarten home cooperation from the perspective of the community: first,a child-centered home cooperation goal should be established;second,the division of responsibilities should be clearly defined and strengthened The interaction between teachers and parents;the third is to improve the relationship between teachers and parents and enhance cohesion;the fourth is to increase emotional interaction through organizational activities and network platform exchanges;and the fifth is to broaden the content of home cooperation and improve pertinence.
