Ngos Participate In Community Service Zhengshe Cooperation Pattern Study

Since21century, with function transformation of government, the establishment of service-oriented government and the socialization of public service,there is increasing amount of government purchasing from the social organizations in Shanghai, Beijing and other places. In fact this initiative provides a more efficient social services to meet the increasingly diverse needs of the masses NGO, as the main public service delivery, compared with other organizations, NGO has its own unique advantages, satisfying the needs of community residents, uses the scientific methods to serve communities on the basis of professional theories., however, so far there haven’t been a complete mode of NGO taking part in community services in China.
