| The new era puts forward new requirements for modern vocational education.It is required to promote the all-round development of human beings and adapt to the economic and social development as the fundamental standard for evaluating the quality of education;to give full play to the guiding role of scientific education in educational evaluation;and to require schools not to simply assess teachers and students with the transition rate.Through the investigation of teachers and students of tourism major in first-line secondary vocational schools,it is found that the traditional teaching method has the problems of teachers neglecting teaching objectives,paying too much attention to summative evaluation,and the teaching mode has not yet formed a system.In order to solve the above problems,this paper understands the research status and trend of reverse teaching design method on the basis of reading relevant literature,and analyzes the development status of the course "Guide practice".Students and first-line teachers of tourism major in Hefei and Nanchang secondary vocational schools were selected as the survey objects to summarize the current teaching method.At the same time,the full text adopts the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method,the action research method and so on,takes the UBD theory,the constructivism study theory,the multivariate intelligence theory,the behavior goal theory as the article theory foundation,selects the representative Anhui tourism school as the practice teaching college,divides the four equal level classes into the experimental group and the control group,carries on the one semester practice teaching.Referring to the reverse teaching design method put forward by Wiggins and Mac Tay,the reverse teaching design case of the second chapter of "tour guide practice" is designed and verified according to the actual situation.By comparing the results of the questionnaire before and after the experimental group and the control group and the examination results in different stages,the applicability of the reverse teaching design method to the course of "Guide practice" is demonstrated,which provides a certain reference for the teaching design of "Guide practice" teachers in secondary vocational school.The reverse teaching design method is not the opposite of the traditional teaching,and it is a mutually reinforcing relationship.This paper puts forward that the original intention of reverse teaching design method is not to overthrow the traditional teaching,but to take its essence and eliminate the dross on the basis of the original,so that the two teaching design models can take advantage of their strengths and circumvent their weaknesses,and work together to devote themselves to modern education.Based on the questionnaire data of course effect and students’ satisfaction,it is concluded that "reverse teaching design method can improve the achievement of course teaching goal "," improve students’ tour guide course achievement "," increase students’ tour guide course satisfaction" and so on.In order to improve the shortcomings of the current course of "guided tour practice ",improve the efficiency of teachers’ curriculum,promote the enthusiasm of students to make certain contributions,and to achieve the goal of " student development as the basis "," pay attention to teaching evaluation "," optimize teaching design " joint efforts. |
