| Objective: To explore the characteristics and demographic factors of adult attachment,self-esteem and love stress of college students.To explore the relationship between adult attachment and self-esteem of college students;The relationship between adult attachment and romantic stress;The relationship between self-esteem and relationship stress;And the relationship between the three.So that they can better help education workers to understand college students meet with stressful events in the process of love’s state of mind,to college students in a timely manner to provide targeted psychological counseling,alleviate the pressure of the love and even get rid of the trouble,help university students smoothly finish tasks during this period of development,promoting the healthy development of their personality,and maintenance of the contemporary college students’ mental health.Methods:This study was conducted by combining the literature method and questionnaire survey method.First,the previous research literature was sorted out,and the domestic and foreign research literature related to this study was searched for reference and further in-depth study of the topic.Is used for the part of the college students and in-class distribution network link or code,measured by the method on the spot,the other part of the college students to take forward the network link to some We Chat group or Q group online test.The research subjects were selected from Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Jiangxi Modern Vocational and Technical College,Nanchang University,Guangdong University of Technology,Guangzhou University,and Songtian College of Guangzhou University..The scales used are: College Students’ Relationship Psychological Stressors Scale,Experiencesin Close Relation-Ship and Rosenberg SelfEsteem Scale.SPSS 26.0 was adopted for input and statistical analysis of the final data.T test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other methods were used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:1.72.3% of college students’ love pressure was in the normal range,27.71% of college students’ love pressure was above the normal range;In addition,there are significant differences in the total score of love stress and the six dimensions in some demographic variables.Among them,men are higher than women in ability related aspects,and women are higher than men in personality traits.There are significant differences in family influence,mutual feeling,value tendency and academic burden in different love situations.2.The scores of attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety in college students were 3.52 and 3.72 respectively,indicating that their adult attachment level is higher than previous studies.The proportions of adult attachment types were as follows: fear-type > apathy >infatuation > security,fear type was the highest,followed by apathy type.There are significant differences in the love stress of college students among different attachment types of adults.The security type has the lowest love stress,while the concentration type has the highest love stress.There were significant differences between attachment anxiety and adult attachment in some demographic variables.The scores of attachment anxiety and total scores of adult attachment were higher in females than in males.The anxiety of non-only-child is higher than that of only-child;There were differences in the scores of attachment avoidance and adult attachment in different grades and different love status: senior students had the lowest scores of attachment avoidance,while those without love experience and adult attachment had the highest scores.3.The self-esteem level of college students is in the medium state,among which,there are statistically significant differences in selfesteem among different attachment types of adults,and secure attachment type has the highest score.There were significant differences in self-esteem among some demographic variables: in hot love > had been in love;never been in love > had been in love4.There is a positive correlation between adult attachment and love stress,and the correlation coefficient is 0.527.Self-esteem was inversely correlated with adult attachment,with a correlation coefficient of-0.582.There was a negative correlation between love stress and self-esteem,and the correlation coefficient was-0.628.5.Adult attachment and self-esteem have a certain predictive effect on love stress;Self-esteem played a partial mediating role in the relationship between adult attachment and love stress.Conclusion:1.The level of love stress of college students is generally within a reasonable range.Among them,there are statistically significant differences in love stress of college students in gender and love status.2.The attachment type of college students is mainly fear type.Students with secure attachment have the lowest love stress,while those with attentive attachment have the highest love stress.There are statistically significant differences in adult attachment of college students in gender,grade and love status.3.The overall self-esteem level of college students is in a medium state.Among them,self-esteem in different adult attachment types and love status there are statistically significant differences.4.There is a positive correlation between love stress and adult attachment.Self-esteem was negatively correlated with adult attachment.Relationship stress is negatively correlated with self-esteem.5.Self-esteem plays a partial mediating role in adult attachment and love stress. |
