Research On Risk Management Of Universities Construction Project

In order to satisfy demand for higher education in China,the policy of university expanding enrollment was implemented since 1999.The increase of enrollment in colleges and universities and the improvement of the basic teaching condition stimulate development of the teaching building,gymnasium and student dormitory project construction,so that the engineering construction project of Colleges and universities were groped in the last ten years.According to the basic process of risk analysis and risk management of the project,this thesis combined the theory of project risk management with the construction of the gymnasium in the Y University which the author personally involved.We attempt to carry out systematic research on the risk management of the construction project in university,aiming to strengthen the risk management of construction projects and improve project performance.In this thesis,we used literature method,interview method,investigation method,questionnaire survey,case studies and other research methods to discuss the research direction,'the risk management of construction project in university',as the following aspects.Firstly,we referred to a plenty of literature and mastered the fundamental concepts,elements,processes,and research status of the construction project risk management.Secondly,according to the characteristics of construction project,we summarized actuality of risk management field in university construction project and analyzed the existing problems.Thirdly,we analyzed the basic situation of the case to do the risk identification,list risk factors and the formation of the important risk factors list.Lastly,aimed at the important risk factor list,we put forward corresponding risk measures and the whole process of risk control table.This thesis strengthened systematic risk prevention of the construction project and improved project management,which has a great research and practical significance.
