In recent years,with the rapid development of private kindergartens,children’s difficulty in entering kindergartens has become the focus of society.At present,the development level of private kindergartens is uneven.Many kindergartens choose to quit the stage of preschool education because of lack of funds or poor management.The concept and measures of running the kindergarten directly affect the development of the kindergarten.For private kindergartens,the role of the head is more obvious.Director m of this study is the founder of a kindergarten in Changchun City,Jilin Province.The research adopts the method of narrative research,with the help of literature method and interview method,takes time as the clue,and studies the process of running the private kindergarten director through the form of story.M director is intelligent and independent,calm and steady.After graduation in2012,she started as a teacher in a private kindergarten,and later became a teacher in the main class and teaching director through her own efforts.In 2016,a 7000 square meter high-end kindergarten was set up in our kindergarten.Director m was responsible for the teaching,enrollment and activity planning of the new kindergarten.Later,because of the inconsistency with the executive director’s management idea,he took the postgraduate entrance examination after leaving,and later founded kindergarten a.In2018,kindergarten a was established.She respected the educational concept of "life education,education life",and organically integrated kindergarten education into family education.The researcher also grew from a normal student to a kindergarten director after many years of study and work.Due to the lack of educational theory,he returned to school after several years of work to study preschool education theory.Because of the similar growth experience,researchers are very interested in the growth process of M director.They mainly hope to understand the growth process of M director from a normal student to the director from the perspective of specific "people",listen to her growth story,and feel the progress in her growth process.On this basis,combined with relevant theories,they study it.This paper studies the development of M kindergarten head,and puts forward the Countermeasures for the development of private kindergarten head,so as to provide reference and guidance for the development of private kindergarten head. |
