Teachers' career growth is an important issue in contemporary education research.The growth of a teacher at the initial stage will profoundly affect the development quality of his entire career.Therefore,many countries pay attention to the professional development of first-time teachers,and attach great importance to the training and guidance of first-time teachers.In our country,teachers are one of the key factors that determine the effectiveness of basic education curriculum reform.The growth of new teachers determines the future direction of curriculum reform.At present,the country vigorously promotes China's outstanding traditional cultural education,and the importance of language teachers who undertake mother-tongue teaching is self-evident.The education responsibilities of language teachers,especially new language teachers,are very important.The high school stage is a transition stage for students from basic education to higher education,and they need to experience important college entrance examinations in their lives.Chinese also plays an extremely important role in the college entrance examination.Therefore,the research on the career growth of junior high school Chinese teachers is particularly urgent.On the basis of learning and drawing on existing research results,this research adopts the method of education narrative research,selects a high school junior Chinese teacher who has not been employed for less than one year as the research object,and interviews 3 school managers,6 colleagues and 8 students related to it.Collect the educational stories of the research objects in the education work and life of the first high school Chinese teacher.Throughdaily observations and interview records,describe the educational story of a senior Chinese teacher in high school.The scattered fragments are summarized into meaningful events.The ground-breaking theory is used to conduct open coding analysis of theinterview fragments.The results are as follows:In the career growth of the survival" stage,it is eager to obtain three career growths:"professional identity,teaching skills,and teacher-student relationship."On the basis of educational narrative research,we develop rational thinking,and explore the way for the career growth of junior Chinese teachers in high school from the two dimensions of internal driving force and school extrapolation.Among them,the internal driving force includes the emphasis on the study of professional courses,the enhancement of professional identity,the initiative to cultivate a sense of reflection,and the initiative to build a new type of teacher-student relationship;the school's external forces include the implementation of education and teaching practice training,specialized language teaching and training,and excellent arrangementsTeachers have participated in classroom instruction for many times and created a good atmosphere of interpersonal communication. |
