| In recent years,the state has put forward to vigorously develop new forms of tourism,taking study travel as a new hot spot of tourism consumption.As a type of tourism combining tourism resources,cultural resources and educational resources,study travel has attracted the attention of the National Tourism Administration,the Ministry of Education,schools and parents.Students’ satisfaction with study travel experience is the focus of the study.On February 5,2017,"rural complex",as a highlight measure for the development of new rural industries,was written into the No.1 central document.The rural complex is a comprehensive rural development model integrating modern agriculture,leisure tourism and pastoral communities.The "Beautiful Rural complex in Southern China" is the only national pilot project in Guangxi,and a national demonstration window for the construction of rural complexes.In recent years,it has actively built a research and education base for beautiful South China,and launched pastoral study Tours,mulberry silk culture exploration,ceramic painting and other research and study courses,and research and study tourism is on the rise.Domestic researches on rural complex are mainly reflected in rural revitalization,rural tourism,planning and design,development model,characteristic town,industrial integration and so on.Based on ethnic minority areas,it is of new research ignificance to improve the quality of students’ study travel experience,boost agricultural development through tourism,and promote the sustainable development of the integration of the three industries.In view of this,this paper combined with the national strategic requirements of research and study travel,comprehensively using tourist satisfaction and environmental education as theoretical support,to build a research and study travel satisfaction evaluation index system.21 three-level indicators and 70 evaluation factors were constructed from five aspects of ecological environment,facilities and equipment,research products,service quality and travel income,respectively.The index weights were determined by analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method.Secondly,an empirical study on the satisfaction of the study travel in the beautiful southernrural complex is carried out.Study travel includes primary and secondary schools,universities and other groups,this paper takes primary school students as the research object.A total of 362 primary school students from two schools who participated in the study trip were investigated and analyzed by using SPSS software and Rotherberg Fishbein formula to make a total evaluation of satisfaction.Finally,according to the results of the survey,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy and countermeasures for the study tour of therural complex in beautiful South China.First,"Beautiful Southrural complex" has outstanding travel benefits and travel products,and students have high overall travel satisfaction,high revisit rate and strong willingness to publicize word of mouth.Second,"Beautiful Southernrural complex" study tour results show,but at the same time,there are many problems that need to be paid attention to and optimized due to insufficient equipment and facilities construction.Third,the "Beautiful Southernrural complex" should follow the principles of nationality,sustainability and education,and make targeted improvements to ensure the healthy development of research and study travel.It is expected that the research of this paper will provide some references for the realization of therural complex construction and the coordinated development of study and study travel in ethnic minority areas. |
