Based on the role theory,social capital theory and empowerment theory,this paper uses the Chinese general social survey,Based on the data of CGSS in 2015,this paper studies the impact of work family conflict on subjective well-being,the moderating effect of social support and work autonomy between work family conflict and subjective well-being,and the policy recommendations to reduce work family conflict and increase subjective well-being.In this study,work family conflict includes two dimensions: work to family conflict and family to work conflict.The sequential logit model shows that family to work conflict has a significant impact on subjective well-being,while work conflict has no significant impact on subjective well-being;social communication also has a significant impact on the subjective well-being of the subjects surveyed,and work autonomy The results of interaction also showed that work autonomy can significantly regulate the negative impact of work family conflict on subjective well-being,but the social interaction has no statistical significance.In order to further reduce the conflict between working families and improve their subjective well-being,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions,including: in the family aspect,the government can guide and regulate the difficult problems of social members balancing family and work contradiction through specific social policies,such as carrying out family friendly policies,making parental leave rights,child allowance and welfare system.At the work level,it can help enterprises establish supportive organizational culture and appropriate work authorization in combination with relevant methods of corporate social work,establish supportive pay and leave mechanism and flexible working system,help employees to complete their work tasks independently and achieve freedom of time and space;pay attention to education and training for vulnerable groups with less dominant educational and economic status,and increase human capital,Inclusive domestic service promotes the socialization of family responsibility.
