In our country,a lot of teenagers arAe fabcesd twritah tchet psychological conflicts of adolescence in the growth stage and the pressure of taking the high school and college entrance exam.The long learning time and heavy learning tasks make some young people lose interest in learning and produce a certain degree of learning burnout.For teenagers,whether the family is a safe haven that makes them more motivated or a submerged shoal makes them fall into the boundless darkness,it depends largely on the parenting patterns.This research mainly explores the relationship between parental rearing styles and learning burnout,and based on self-determination theory,selects basic psychological needs as intermediary variables and constructs a path model between the three variables.From the perspective of social work,it is proposed that the level of young people’s perception of basic psychological needs can be improved to reduce their learning burnout.Provide new ideas on how social workers can provide students with more professional and quality services.We hope to have some enlightenment for the development and improvement of social work,and the system can be used in the field of social work to solve the academic problems of teenagers in the future.This study took 435 second-year students from S Middle School in Zibo City,Shandong Province as the survey subjects.The data were collected using the Parental Rearing Style Scale,the Adolescents’Learning burnout Scale and the Basic Mental Needs Scale.The following are the conclusions:(1)Adolescents feel the most emotionally warming upbringing style,trusting and encouraging.Adolescent parents tend to use positive parenting methods to raise their children;(2)The learning burnout and basic psychological needs of teenagers are generally at a moderate level.There are no differences between urban and rural areas,gender,and only child or not.(3)There is a significant negative correlation between emotional warmth,trust and encouragement and learning burnout.Autocratic,doting,and neglecting parenting styles are significantly positively correlated with learning burnout.(4)Perceived basic psychological needs of middle school students are negatively correlated with learning burnout.(5)Basic psychological needs play a intermediate role between parental rearing style and learning burnout,and the mediating effect is 13.26%.Finally,from the perspective of social work,this article analyzed the importance and urgency of intervening in adolescents’academic burnout based on a professional perspective of social work,the psychological needs of adolescents,and the degree of professional recognition.Provide new ideas for social workers to provide more professional and high-quality service activities for middle school students,hoping to have some enlightenment for the development and improvement of social work.
