Research On The Integrated Development Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education And Ideological And Political Education In Local Universities

General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that "for whom,what and how to train people" has always been the fundamental issue of education.Innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education are two important educational activities for cultivating people.Ideological and political education is guided by Marxist theory,which guides the value of innovation and entrepreneurship education;Innovation and entrepreneurship education enriches the connotation and extension of Ideological and political education and improves the subject system.Innovation and entrepreneurship education has been attached great importance in recent years,and has made certain progress in theory and practice.However,it is affected by such factors as unclear subject concept,unclear function orientation,unclear values and unreasonable teaching staff,which seriously restricts its scientific development and function.While the theoretical research and practical exploration of Ideological and political education have shown a good momentum of development,they also face the problems of weak discipline development,urgent need to update the educational content and mode,and weak effectiveness.How to promote the coupling and linkage of the two,promote each other,achieve integrated development,and cultivate socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physique and beauty is a very important theoretical and practical issue!This study combines normative research with empirical research,and analyzes in detail the current development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.It is necessary and feasible to integrate the two in educational activities.While affirming the integration of the two,taking the local university Wenzhou M University as an example,using the methods of questionnaire and statistical analysis,this paper focuses on the analysis of the existing shortcomings: lack of integration guidance,value deviation;Lack of integration development and awareness;Single integration content and insufficient innovation;Lack of integration teachers and weak research;Lack of integration subjects and decentralized responsibilities.The main reasons for these problems are:insufficient attention to integration;Lack of theoretical guidance of integration;Lack of practical experience in integration;Lack of integrated teaching staff.On the basis of the scholars’ research,this paper studies on how to realize the effective integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education and puts forward relevant countermeasures: the integration of educational concepts;Mutual integration of management systems;The teaching contents are integrated with each other;Integration of teaching channels;Teachers are integrated with each other.With a view to providing reference for the integrated development of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education in local colleges and universities in China.
