In order to train more high-quality and complex technical talents which meet the needs of society,the evaluation of vocational education should point to the comprehensive quality evaluation centered on students.The comprehensive quality evaluation of secondary vocational school students is beneficial to students to fully understand themselves and effectively promote the all-round development of students.At present,improving the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational students has become an important goal of vocational education in China.But for a long time,the evaluation of secondary vocational school students has not completely separated from the general teaching model,deeply influenced by the general teaching evaluation concept,there are many problems,such as single evaluation method,narrow and one-sided evaluation content,pay attention to quantitative evaluation,ignore qualitative evaluation,the main body of evaluation is almost teachers,ignoring the social,enterprise industry,parents and students self-evaluation and mutual evaluation,this evaluation model is not conducive to the cultivation and promotion of students’ comprehensive quality.Therefore,it is very important and urgent to construct a new and scientific comprehensive quality evaluation system for secondary vocational school students.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of student evaluation in Zhanjiang Finance and Trade Secondary School(hereinafter referred to as Z School),this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the evaluation system of secondary vocational school students,and analyzes the psychological characteristics of secondary vocational school students in combination with their experience in teaching in Z school.To construct a comprehensive quality evaluation system for secondary vocational school students according to the characteristics of vocational education.The exploration of practice is the biggest innovation of this research.Based on the investigation and analysis Z the present situation of the school students’ evaluation,and taking the comprehensive quality as the foothold,the evaluation mode of the multi-subjects,such as the school,the society,the enterprise industry,the students,the parents and the vocational skill appraisal institution,is formed.To construct a comprehensive evaluation system of students’ moral education system with moral education as the core,the comprehensive evaluation of students’ cultural quality with the promotion of vocational post ability as the core,the evaluation of professional quality with professional skills and professional ability as the core,the evaluation of students’ practice teaching with the core of testing students’ professional quality and post ability,the evaluation of students’ health education with the core of strengthening students’ physique and mental health,and the comprehensive quality evaluation system of "six-dimensional integration" of credit system graduation evaluation with the main line of credit system management,which is not only conducive to the growth of students,but also for the sustainable and healthy development of secondary vocational education,Especially,the improvement of evaluation mechanism provides reference.
