| The new employment form is the reflection of the new economic form in the new era in the field of employment.With the continuous development of information technology,the new employment form gradually shows great potential and has obvious advantages in promoting employment.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the employment index of the new employment form.However,the existing research on the employment index can not meet the development requirements of the new employment form,which makes the current lack of systematic statistical caliber and method to measure the new employment form.Therefore,the research on the statistical caliber and method of the employment index of new employment forms,as well as the corresponding index system,has become a major academic problem to be solved urgently.The breakthrough of this difficulty is related to the research on the employment of new employment forms in China and even in the world.In response to this academic issue,this article will use the literature review method to sort out the research results of new employment patterns and employment indexes.On this basis,this paper puts forward the main problems of employment evaluation of new employment forms,and measures the key dimensions of employment in new forms of employment.Then the employment index system of new employment forms and the employment index of new employment forms are constructed.Entropy method was used to determine the weight of indexes,and induction and comparison method were used to comprehensively evaluate the results.Based on the employment index of the new employment form constructed,this paper selects relevant data of Changzhou from 2010 to2019 to conduct an application research on the employment of the new employment form in Changzhou.The results show that: First,the number of employees of new employment forms in Changzhou increased rapidly.Second,the employment gap of new employment forms in Changzhou is large.Third,the development of new forms of employment is significantly different between urban and rural areas,further widening the urban-rural gap.Finally,the employment quality of the new employment form in Changzhou is improving steadily.According to the research results in this paper,analyzed the reasons,and puts forward some relevant Suggestions:First,we need to adopt a more proactive employment policy in response to new forms of employment.Second,we need to increase funding.Third,increase the Changzhou government’s intervention to the new employment form.Fourth,we will improve the flexible employment security system and protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers in new forms of employment.Fifth,build an information exchange platform for job seekers and employers in Changzhou.Finally,improve their own quality and ability. |
