Abstract/Summary:
The market economy of education has been growing rapidly in recent years,especially the off-school training of primary and middle school students.With the continuous increase of market demand and the emergence of new consumption points,driven by the strong "rigid demand",the increase of market suppliers has led to an increase in the pressure of supply competition.The chain operation of large institutions has always occupied a large share of the market,and the development of small and medium-sized institutions is facing crises such as weak ability of teaching and scientific research,lack of talents and so on.Therefore,the teaching quality and teaching services of teachers in small and medium-sized institutions affect the success or failure of the competition.How to take teachers as the core,how to make an accurate positioning,scientific management,effective service,and establish a high-quality human resources management system has become the core competitiveness of out-of-school educational institutions.This paper takes the XF off-school educational institutions in Fuzhou as the research object,analyzes the current situation of its human resource management system,analyzes the existing problems in recruitment management,training mode,performance evaluation and incentive mechanism,and puts forward some suggestions for optimizing human resource management on the basis of drawing lessons from the experience of human resource management in educational institutions.First of all,the advantages of the Internet era should be used to expand recruitment channels,implement a strict staff recruitment and selection system,and strengthen the introduction and reserve of diversified talents to adjust and improve the current recruitment management system.Secondly,the training mode planning should be strengthened,and adjustments should be made from the aspects of establishing clear training objectives,analyzing teachers’ training needs,designing training programs to meet the needs of the common development of enterprises and teachers,and a reasonable teacher training system.Thirdly,through the cultivation of teachers’ professional development ability,we are encouraged to provide more "talent exchange" platform,supplemented by the establishment of teachers’ growth files and other measures to strengthen teachers’ career development planning.Fourthly,try to improve the performance appraisal mechanism from the aspects of reasonably formulating assessment indicators,optimizing performance appraisal system.Strictly follow performance appraisal principles and avoid misunderstanding of performance appraisal.Finally,establish a sound and reasonable salary system,a fair promotion channel,and a special incentive mechanism management team to ensure the efficient operation of the incentive mechanism.Considering the particularity of the industry of off-school training institutions,this paper studies the human resources management of this special organization,and puts forward some suggestions to optimize the human resources management so that the institutions can adapt to the development of the times,have practical application value and meet the needs of employees,not only to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Fuzhou XF off-school educational institutions,but also to provide some reference for the same industry.
