Development Status Of Mass Ice And Snow Sports In Gansu Province Research On The Development And Strategy

In recent years,China has issued a series of policies on ice and snow sports,which has changed the ice and snow sports from "cold resources" to "hot economy".Under the goal of "300 million people on ice and snow",provinces and cities pay more and more attention to the development of mass ice and snow sports,and people’s enthusiasm to participate in ice and snow sports has been significantly improved.The mass ice and snow sports in Gansu Province started late,especially the competitive ice and snow sports,which are in a blank state before 2019.In December 2019,the winter sports management center of Gansu Province was officially established,and the competitive ice and snow sports team was established,marking a new chapter of competitive ice and snow sports in Gansu Province.This paper uses the methods of literature review,expert interview,mathematical statistics,field investigation and logical analysis to analyze the advantages and problems of the development of mass ice and snow sports in Gansu Province,and discusses the management mode and popularization mode suitable for the development of mass ice and snow sports in Gansu Province,It also puts forward the development strategies and suggestions for the mass ice and snow sports in Gansu Province.The results and conclusions are as follows1.Gansu Province is rich in geographical location,climate conditions,human landscape and tourism resources,which provides an important material basis and guarantee for the development of mass ice and snow sports.2.The overall economic level of Gansu Province is low,which affects the construction of ice and snow sports venues;People’s participation in ice and snow sports is low,which leads to the weak mass foundation of ice and snow sports.3.There are many ice and snow sports venues near Lanzhou,which can not reach one in every city;The existing ice and snow sports venues have the problem of imperfect infrastructure.4.In the survey,it is found that there are few ice and snow coaches who have obtained relevant qualification certificates,and there are few training activities for ice and snow sports talents;The lack of ice and snow sports professionals,training mechanism is not perfect.5.The events of ice and snow sports are single,mostly skiing,less ice sports;Moreover,most of the events are provincial or local events,and no high-level events have been held.6.The ice and snow sports venues in Gansu Province are seriously similar,lack of their own development characteristics,and there are many security risks;The supervision,management and development of ice and snow sports venues are lack of guarantee system.7.The publicity of ice and snow sports in Gansu Province is not enough and the publicity mode is single,which leads to the weak ice and snow cultural atmosphere.According to the research results and conclusions,the following development strategies are proposed1.Implement the advantages of developing mass ice and snow sports in Gansu Province;2.Actively promote ice and snow sports into the campus measures to improve the mass foundation of ice and snow sports;3.Concentrate social forces to strengthen the infrastructure construction of venues and build new ice and snow sports venues;4.To strengthen the training of ice and snow sports talents by using "late developing advantages" and "combination of sports and education";5.Enrich the contents of ice and snow sports events and hold high-level events;6.Improve the relevant policies and systems of ice and snow sports,and establish a security system;7.Increase publicity efforts to make ice and snow culture more intense...
