In the new era,facing the complicated international and domestic situation and the characteristic thoughts and behaviors of college students,how to improve the effectiveness of college ideal and belief education has become an important issue of The Times.College students are key force to train free and all-round talents in a sustainable way.Strengthening the education of college students’ ideals and beliefs is the core and emphasis of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China.Currently,multicultural and thoughts with the help of the Internet,new media,big data,such as artificial intelligence platform spread rapidly,the college students on the one hand in through is gradually mature,but not fully mature critical period,on the other hand,influenced by the rapidly changing social environment,college students are difficult to correctly identify and absorb the beneficial to its own growth and development of ideas and values,lead to fuzzy ideal and faith,and migration.In this regard,General Secretary Xi Jinping has published a series of important discussions on the significance of firmness of ideals and beliefs for the growth and development of college students,and how to make college students firm their ideals and beliefs.To strengthen the education of ideals and beliefs in colleges and universities needs to combine with the important discourse of Xi Jinping’s ideals and beliefs and college students’ satisfaction with the current ideal and beliefs in colleges and universities.The research mainly includes four parts.First of all,on the basis of analyzing the international and domestic situation of ideal and belief education in colleges and universities,the purpose and significance of the topic are put forward,the research status at home and abroad is summarized and sorted out,and the research ideas and methods are put forward.Secondly,it excavates theories and analyzes the relationship between the theory of all-round development and the ideal and belief education in colleges and universities,as well as the relationship between the important discourse of Xi Jinping’s ideal and belief and the ideal and belief education in colleges and universities,so as to provide theoretical basis for empirical research.Thirdly,hypotheses are proposed and questionnaires are distributed to four colleges and universities by empirical analysis method.The design of the questionnaire content combines the theoretical basis of the second part with the actual situation of college students,aiming to investigate the status quo of college students’ ideals and beliefs and their satisfaction with the education of college students’ ideals and beliefs.The reliability,validity and correlation analysis of the collected questionnaire data were used to verify the hypothesis,and further descriptive analysis was used to find out the problems existing in the details of the ideal and belief education in colleges and universities,such as the goal,content,method and art,so as to point out the direction for the strategy research.Finally,on the basis of the third part of the study,it is proposed that multi-level and all-dimensional efforts should be made to jointly promote the effectiveness of ideal and faith education in colleges and universities in the new era.
