In order to monitor the winter training process of Wushu Sanda athletes in Jinan City,service athletes represented Shandong Province and the state to participate in the National Games and the Olympic Games.This study analyzes the biochemical and immune indicators of athletes by monitoring the winter training process of Wushu Sanda athletes in Jinan City.At the same time,the performance of the athletes in the winter training period and the trainer’s training plan are analyzed,and the relationship between the training intensity and the training amount is found out.The combination of training intensity and training volume provides a scientific basis for winter training,and provides a basis for the training of the coach training program and the physical training.In this study,eight Sanda athletes from Shandong Institute of Physical Education were selected as research objects.Body composition before and after training,such as aerobic capacity,anaerobic capacity,hemoglobin(hemoglobin)and blood urea(BU)were studied.Measurement of serum creatine kinase(CK),serum testosterone(T),cortisol(C)and other physiological and biochemical indicators;immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin(IgM antibody),immunoglobulin(IgA)and other immune indicators.The data was analyzed to assess the training effect of Jinan Sanda athletes during winter training.The results of the study showed that(1)three-month winter training increased the weight of two male athletes,the average weight of the remaining athletes decreased by 0.3 kg,and the weight control and muscle content increased well;(2)the athletes passed the three-month winter After training,the maximum anaerobic power and average anaerobic power were significantly improved compared with the pre-winter training period;(3)The maximum oxygen uptake of athletes increased from 3552.3 ml/min to 4633.7 ml/min,and the aerobic capacity was enhanced;(4)The hemoglobin concentration increased from 144.33 g/L to 148.43 g/L;the urea nitrogen concentration decreased from 6.63 mmol/L to 6.35 mmol/L;the serum creatine kinase concentration increased from 358.79 U/L to 501.30 U/L;The serum testosterone concentration decreased from 6.38 ng / ml to 5.10 ng / ml;the cortisol concentration decreased from 380.01 ng / ml to 321.52 ng / ml,which shows that athletes do not have excessive fatigue,biochemical indicators are basically within the normal range(5)The concentration of immunoglobulin increased from 11.7 g/L to 12.5 g/L;the concentration of immunoglobulin A increased from 1.2 g/L to 1.3 g/L,and the immunity of athletes increased. |
