In recent years,with the continuous promotion of basic education reform,people have gradually deepened their understanding of preschool education,and the requirements for preschool teachers’ curriculum ability are constantly improving.On the other hand,in the current kindergarten curriculum practice,there are still some deficiencies in preschool teachers’ curriculum ability,so it is imperative to study kindergarten teachers’ curriculum ability to promote its development.Therefore,this study uses literature,text analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and so on to study the curriculum ability of preschool teachers,and aims to analyze the current situation,influencing factors and promotion path of teachers’ curriculum ability.The results are as follows:Different teachers have different attitudes towards improving curriculum ability,most teachers think it is necessary to improve curriculum ability,but the path of promotion needs to be further explored.From the difference analysis of teachers’ curriculum ability in demographic variables,except for majors,there are different degrees of differences in preschool teachers’ curriculum ability in different demographic variables.In general,curriculum implementation and adjustment ability score is the highest,curriculum content selection and organizational ability score is the lowest,the middle score is curriculum evaluation and reflection ability,curriculum goal analysis and determination ability.From the perspective of each dimension,it is manifested as:As far as the current situation of the ability to analyze and determine the curriculum objectives is concerned,it has the characteristics of teachers’ low mastery and familiarity with policy documents,lack of analytical ability of curriculum objectives and improvement of the ability to express curriculum objectives.In the dimension of curriculum implementation and adjustment ability,the way of curriculum implementation is rich and varied,teachers’ orientation in curriculum implementation is faithful,the ability of curriculum adjustment and generation needs to be improved.Finally,the content of teacher curriculum evaluation and reflection is more comprehensive but the form is relatively single,lack of in-depth thinking.The influencing factors of teachers’ curriculum ability are mainly divided into internal factors and external factors.Internally,it is influenced by the teacher’s curriculum knowledge,professionalism and demographic variables;from the external factors,it is influenced by the leadership concept of the head of the garden,the curriculum management of the kindergarten,the cultural atmosphere of the garden,the young children and the parents.Suggestions for improving teachers’ curriculum ability: teachers should give full play to their subjective initiative and strengthen their study;pay attention to the curriculum leadership of the head of the garden;perfect the curriculum management mechanism;establish a targeted training and training system;and enhance the communication and cooperation of their homes,etc.
