With the continuous development of our country’s politics,economy,culture and education,preschool education,as the cornerstone of basic education,has received widespread attention in today’s increasingly fierce global education competition.The influence of preschool education quality on children’s development has become one of the focuses of preschool education research.At present,education circles generally believe that the quality of pre-school education includes three basic aspects: condition quality,process quality and result quality.Evaluating and grasping the development status of pre-school education through evaluation in order to enhance and improve the quality of pre-school education is the proper means and usual way of pre-school education development.In kindergarten education,the kindergarten’s game(regional)environment,as the material basis and condition guarantee for the occurrence and development of children’s game learning,is the key component of kindergarten education condition quality.Environmental assessment in game areas is an effective way to promote environmental quality.The evaluation index system is an essential criterion and tool for evaluation,but a complete evaluation index system for kindergarten game environment has not yet been formed.Under this background,it is of great significance to study the environmental evaluation index system of the game area.This study first sorts out and analyzes the existing literature from two aspects of kindergarten game environment and evaluation index.The former mainly focuses on environmental design and creation,environmental problems and countermeasures,environmental value and one aspect of environmental evaluation.The latter mainly designs indicators of education quality evaluation,teacher evaluation,curriculum evaluation and environmental evaluation.On this basis,the theoretical basis of kindergarten environmental evaluation is combed from four angles of game theory,environmental psychology,environmental pedagogy and preschool education evaluation,and the value of game regional environmental evaluation and regional environmental quality improvement to preschool education reform,kindergarten curriculum framework,preschool learning and development and preschool teachers’ professional development are analyzed.Secondly,on the basis of establishing the principles of marking,measurability,completeness and independence in the construction of indicators,the paper analyzes and draws lessons from the environmental assessment scales of kindergartens abroad,analyzes and refers to the viewpoints of domestic children’s game experts,and combines with the results of field interviews in kindergartens,to initially construct the framework and content(preliminary draft)of the environmental assessment index system for kindergarten game areas,with a total of 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 34 third-level indicators.Thirdly,two rounds of expert consultation were conducted based on Delphi expert consultation method.The main steps are:1.Questionnaire preparation.The first round of questionnaire preparation takes the first draft of the index system as its content.Experts are mainly invited to evaluate the rationality of the first,second and third-level indexes in the first draft,and to propose amendments to the unreasonable indexes.The second round of questionnaire is based on the revised index system after the first round of questionnaire.Experts are mainly invited to assess the importance of the revised level 1,level 2 and level 3 indexes,and to propose amendments to the indexes that are not important enough.2.Selection of experts.Experts are selected from both theoretical and practical aspects based on their teaching experience,highest academic qualifications,and familiarity with the kindergarten’s game environment.The data collected through the investigation show that the authority of the experts in the two rounds is 0.891 and 0.989 respectively,indicating that the consultation results are credible and reliable.3.Results analysis and index revision.According to the existing index structure and experts’ opinions,the first round of revision will delete one index,revise 13 indexes,merge and reduce one index,retain 19 original indexes and add one index.In the second round of indicators,six indicators were revised,one indicator was merged and reduced,24 original indicators were retained,and the order of some indicators was adjusted.The revised index system consists of 3 first-class indexes,9 second-class indexes and 32third-class indexes.Then,in order to further ensure the discrimination and reliability and validity of the indicators,this study compiled the revised indicator system into an evaluation scale,mainly selecting 4 kindergartens as samples,and randomly selecting some samples nationwide,asking the principals and teachers to conduct internal evaluation on the current situation of the game area environment in the kindergartens where they are located.According to the collected data,SPSS24.0 software and AMOS20.0 software are used to carry out project analysis,reliability test and validity test(confirmatory factor analysis)on the index system.The results show that the index system has good discrimination,reliability and validity.Finally,the principal component analysis method is adopted to analyze the linear expression of the index on the principal component,calculate the coefficient of the index in the comprehensive score model,and then normalize the weight to calculate the index weight.The results show that the weights of the first-level indexes are spatial planning(0.299),region creation(0.287)and game materials(0.414),which indicates that the quality of game materials is relatively more important in the game region environment.
