| Listening is the foundation of children’s language ability development and the first step for children to learn to talk.Kindergarten conversation activities are an important way to promote children’s listening and expression.Good listening habits and abilities are the primary core experience of preschool children’s conversation skills.After combing the relevant literature,the researchers found that the research on listening behavior is mostly concentrated in primary and middle schools,and there is a lack of research on children’s listening behavior.Therefore,this research mainly uses observation method and interview method to study children’s listening behavior in middle-class conversation activities.In this study,6 middle classes of three public kindergartens were selected,and a total of30 conversation activities were collected.For each activity,10 children were randomly selected for observation,and then 6 teachers were interviewed,and the data obtained from the observation and interviews were sorted out.And analyze,draw the research results and put forward feasibility suggestions.First,the time sampling observation method was used to observe the listening behavior of a sample of 300 children from facial reactions,language reactions,and body movements,and the following research results were obtained: In conversation activities,children have more natural staring eyes and natural expressions;Orderly listening and appropriate language responses are in the majority;inappropriate body movements are more common.Then,for each child’s performance,it is defined according to the child’s listening behavior level standard.After sorting and analyzing,the following conclusions are drawn: in the middle class conversation activity,the overall distribution of the child ’ s listening behavior level from low to high rises in a curve,with different educational backgrounds There are differences in the listening behavior level of children in the conversation activities organized by teachers of different levels and ages;the listening behavior levels of children of different genders are different,the listening behavior level of girls has a curve upward trend,and the listening behavior level of boys is down "V" Type trend.Secondly,based on the results of observations and interviews,analyze the reasons for the research results.Including the reason analysis of the overall situation of children’s listening level,the reason of rejection listening,the reason of pretend listening,the reason of selective listening,the reason of active listening and the reason of empathy.Finally,based on the empirical research results,in order to make children show better listening behaviors in conversation activities,the following suggestions are put forward:change their listening attitudes towards children,improve teachers’ listening quality,reasonably set up children’s seats,and encourage children to participate in listening;Talking interest makes them happy to listen,corrects children’s listening behaviors,makes them willing to listen;enhances children’s expression skills,and promotes peer listening. |
