Study On The Operation Mechanism Of Community Education Promoting Community Governance

As a close link between state and society,community is an important pillar to promote social development and social stability.As an important aspect of community development,community education and community governance are closely related.The state advocates establishing a system and operational mechanism for collaborative governance of community education,under the leadership of Party committees,coordinated by the government,in charge of education departments,coordinated by relevant departments,actively supported by the society,independent activities of communities,effective intervention of the market and extensive participation of the public.Under the background of community education function increasingly remarkable,the needs of improving community governance and sharing principle pushed,how to play the role of community education to promote community governance,build up an operation mechanism of community education to promote community governance,put forward the optimized strategies of community education to promote community governance become an important issue.In this study,choose three typical urban communities of B city in Hebei province as the research object,analysis the operation mechanism of community education to promote community governance,and put forward the optimized strategies based on the carding of community education,community governance and operation mechanism.Based on the core concept,combined with the collaborative governance theory and new public service theory,mainly adopts literature research method,case study method,interview method and other research methods,analysis the cases of village community,unit system community and commercial housing communities of B city in Hebei province.And analysis the operation mechanism from the Party committee,government,market,social organizations,community school,community residents six main bodies and dynamic incentive mechanism,participation and recognition mechanism,cooperation mechanism,the external guarantee mechanism four mechanisms in community education and community governance.But this study finds out some problems in the multiple main body participation,the teachers troop construction,the use of education resources and community education courses.Referencing community education at home and abroad,based on the useful experience for developing the community governance,this study put forward the optimized strategies of community education to promote community governance,such as building multivariate main body participation pattern,playing the role of community outstanding people,focusing on community education resource integration,increasing community education curriculum.Making an effective connection with community education and community governance,and playing the role of community education to promote the development of community governance.
