Mental resilience is one of the important indexes of individual mental health level.It is a very good way to study how to improve the mental health level of junior high school students from psychological resilience as a breakthrough point.Some studies have shown that family rearing style and self-efficacy are closely related to psychological resilience.Therefore,this study examines the basic situation of family rearing style,self-efficacy and psychological resilience of junior high school students,the relationship between the three,and explore whether the group counseling can effectively improve the students’ psychological resilience level.In the study,subjects were selected among students from 5 schools in B city Hebei province,a paper-based questionnaire survey was conducted on the subjects by random sampling of grades.A total of 620 questionnaires were sent out,607 were recovered,and 604 valid questionnaires were obtained.Parental rearing style scale,general self-efficacy scale and adolescent psychological resilience scale were used as measuring tools.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.There are some differences in the family rearing style of junior high school students in terms of gender,place of origin,whether the only child or not,and the educational background of different parents;2.There is no significant difference in the level of self-efficacy of junior high school students in terms of gender and whether the only child,and There are significant differences in the the source area and educational level of parents;3.There is no significant difference in the level of mental resilience of junior high school students,There are significant differences in whether the only child,the place of origin,the level of parents’ education level;4.There is a significant correlation between family rearing style,self-efficacy and mental resilience of junior high school students.Junior high school students’ self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in family rearing style and mental resilience.5.Group counseling can improve the mental resilience of junior high school students... |
