| The study of teacher-student relationship plays an important role in the orderly development of education,teaching and the healthy development of students.As a typical authority,school has a series of complicated power relations.As two important elements in the school,teachers and students have a power relationship.In the process of interaction between teachers and students,teachers’ power plays a dominant role in the teacher-student relationship for a long time.Teacher can regulate students’ behavior by means of discipline.For example,they can use rules and regulations,daily schedule,curriculum to restrict and discipline students from time and space to achieve teaching purposes.Teachers use the power technology means of body control,space allocation and time control to make the process of teaching activities become a process of power implementation.In order to understand the nature of the relationship between teacher and student,we need to analyze the operating mechanism of power in the carrier of the school.Therefore,this thesis analyzes the relationship between teacher and student from the perspective of micro-power theory,and studies the role of the micro-power in the teacher-student relationship,and seeks for a virtuous circle between teacher and student.This paper mainly discusses from five aspects.The first part is the introduction which including the reason,significance,summary and concept definition.The second part is the overview of micro-power theory.Foucault said the power is more subtle,and micro-power is not equal to the traditional sense of centralization.Micro-power has gone through the process of evolution from punishment of the body to punishment for the soul and finally to disciplining society.Foucault’s micro-power is characterized as network,bottom-up,no center,no subject and discipline.Based on Foucault’s micro-power theory,this paper studies the essence of the relationship between teacher and student.As a kind of power relationship,it is two-way power and productive power.Power is a two-way arrow,it is the interaction between teacher and student.At the same time,power is also productive.It produces knowledge in the process of its implementation,and shapes the "goods" which social needs.The relationship between teachers and students is no longer a unilateral imposition and bearing,teachers are no longer the only issuing power,and students are not the only one to bear power.They both enjoy power and bear power.Secondly,the role of power is not only supervision,discipline,but also power is productive,it is polish students into talent which social needs,and inject new vitality for the community.The power relationship between teacher and student is a kind of power of network relationship,no center,no subject,productive power,power-knowledge and disciplinary power.And then,studying micro-power performance of the relationship between teacher and student.Because of the particularity of teacher’s profession,they are given the power of discipline and discourse,teachers can educate and reform students through using of discipline technology.While teacher establish their own authority by the implementation of discourse power to maintain classroom order.Due to the influence of the traditional teaching concept,the development of students’ micro-power is slow,and the micro-power of students has not been fully recognized.At the same time,the lack of discourse power of student is a persistent disease in the relationship between teachers and students.The fifth chapter is to study how the relationship between teacher and student happens under micro-power.First,the three elements of teacher-student power interaction is body,discipline and surveillance.The power implementation procedure includes the control of time,the allocation of space and the choreography of power.Through the allocation of time and space,the students can be located precisely and activity areas are unmovable,which is good to the school to grasp the overall situation of students,at the same time,time of students will be reasonable arrangedin school.In the process of interaction between teacher and student,it will improve students to learn efficiently and time will be fully used.Teacher domesticate student through hierarchical monitoring,standardized ruling and inspection,so that power permeates every link of teacher-student interaction.The uniqueness of micro-power theory provides more diversified colors for the study of teacher-student relationship.Although Foucault has the advanced thought of postmodernism,he does not regard himself as a writer,a prophet or a philosopher of power.His research is mostly related to the scenes in life,so his thinking is more realistic and critical.Although Foucault’s thought is not a complete system of thought,his research involves various levels,so it is not comprehensive to study his thought from only one field.His thought is not only of great significance to the study of philosophy,sociology and aesthetics,but also of great reference value to pedagogy. |
