As two indispensable subjects in the field of education,teachers and students communicate with each other all the time in the practice of education and teaching,thus forming a teacher-student relationship.In the process of teacher-student communication,the society entrusts the responsibility of educating the students to the teacher,and the teacher has the right to manage the students.As an individual with independent thoughts,students also have certain rights to deal with the management of teachers.In this way,there will be some conflicts in the communication between teachers and students,and we can reduce the chances of such conflicts as much as possible.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to introduce a kind of relationship in teacher-student relationship--teacher-student power relationship,and to form a harmonious teacher-student power relationship by studying how the power operates in teacher-student communication.The term "power" originally refers to the concept of politics and law.This study makes a relatively new interpretation of "power" based on the relevant theories of "power",that is,power means influence.Teacher-student relationship is a kind of verb teacher-student relationship gradually formed in the process of interaction between teachers and students to promote the growth of both sides.Teacher-student power relationship refers to the dynamic influence of teachers and students on each other when they exercise their own power in good faith or to maintain their own legal rights.Power between teachers and students has certain legitimacy and necessity of power interaction between teachers and students is the process of transformation ability and control ability of interlacing process,teachers in a dominant position in the control ability and students' ability by transforming the exercise of power,and the power of the teachers and students are to operate in a certain extent,the ceiling is freedom,the minimum is legitimate.Both sides through dialogue between teachers and students can truly achieve the communication of mind,of course,the teachers and students is bound to the process of power between teachers and students both sides of the game process,from starts with checks and balances to finally reach a certain agreement through negotiation,so,the teachers and students will enter into a demand for motivation,on the basis of the emotional,with good good guide,with responsibility for security,with rational for the limit state of mutual integration between teachers and students,so that teachers and students can form a kind of to enhance the power for the purpose,beyond good and evil,and highly emotional and tolerance of the power relations between teachers and students.
